This place really depends on how you are getting your food. If you are getting the food in person then it’s great! But if you are getting delivery it will be cold and some of it will be raw. No matter how you get your food it will always take them a long time to get it prepared with just 1-2 employees preparing the food. And if you’re an Uber or DoorDash delivery driver prepare to be waiting a while because they are not going to already have the food prepared. They mostly just don’t care about the delivery orders.

Much like every other food industry your money is no longer worth the cost of eating out. When you go for Chinese food you want it piled on. There new policy per the server is one scoop per entree. And it literally is one scoop. One scoop of rice, one tong of noodles and one scoop of chicken. Literally my to go late was 1/2 full. Then when I asked for side of sweet and sour sauce I got packets. I don’t want packets…it’s not the same as the sauce you cook it in. $15.00 later got it home and ate 3 bites. Horrible service, horrible portions, horrible prices. Do not spend your money a Panda Express. Go find a hole in wall local family who does it right

Terrible service, ,ignored me while waiting to get code to restroom. Mind you their were 3 ladies on the counter taking orders. Portions were very small! Just TERRIBLE SERVICE 😞

They portions are very small, when I complain about it, lady said “it wasn’t her issue if I’m broke?” Then called me some slurs. Last time I come here, I love panda but this place is terrible.

Their food is alright but the location sucks. It’s right next to the dumpster and the area are too stink for me to get out of the car to the restaurant.

I ordered for pick up a week ago. I ordered the family meal. Second time I’ve ordered it. Each time I’ve ordered it something is wrong with my order. First time they gave me the wrong chicken. I was there the first time and asked about it . The worker wasn’t understanding. I wanted teriyaki chicken and got orange chicken. This last time was pick up. I ordered fried rice and the chow mein noodles. I ended up with 2 chow mein noodles even though one of the boxes had a fried rice label on it. Employees need to double check maybe even triple check orders.

Facility shows that it opens at 9:00am. It is 9:10am and they are still prepping the food and doors are locked. People there have bad service. I informed them I had a mobile order for 9:00am and they stated it was going to be another 10 minute wait on top of opening late. I have a 30 minute lunch and now have to wait 20 minutes total due to them not being prepared. Then the staff makes excuses on why they aren’t ready when a mobile was done 30 minutes in advance so that I wouldn’t wait through my break.

All the cashiers were not helping me and made a big fuss to order a drink and the food wasn’t even that good. Like this is unacceptable and will not be coming back. Panda train your employees BETTER!

Man I was so excited to eat Panda as it had been a cool minute. There was a decent line, as usual, but that is to be expected. The older lady who was taking orders for the people in line ahead of me was kind and was giving a great amount of food for everyone. As it was almost my turn to order the servers switched as the other lady went on break or something. This younger lady seemed visibly upset for having a job and having to work. When I ordered I was given much smaller portions compared to everyone ahead of me. I even mentioned it to the lady that the prior associate was filling everyone’s plate. I even paid extra money for the honey walnut shrimp. This associate very rudely said to me, “it’s company policy to only give 7 pieces of shrimp per order.” She didn’t acknowledge that her team member was actually going out of her way to satisfy her customers.

It’s very unfair when we are paying the same amount or higher for “premium” items to get half the quantity.

Plz train your staff better Panda as you can alienate long-time customers with this kind of treatment.

Online ordering guarantees less wait, but more hassle. If they're busy, they help the line, but ignore you, even though instructions say go to register. Smaller/unacceptable portions given. I've never been able to see the little dividers when I first open the plate, but this time was so bad.
Not to mention condescending cashier who asked for the phone number after I had given her the correct name on the receipt.. (never been asked before), tells me "wrong number," so i tried another, "no," so I opened the email receipt, and she pointed at the phone number, saying "It's right there," with her teenager attitude. It was the same number I gave her the first time. That was irritating.
