Man I was so excited to eat Panda as it had been a cool minute. There was a decent line, as usual, but that is to be expected. The older lady who was taking orders for the people in line ahead of me was kind and was giving a great amount of food for everyone. As it was almost my turn to order the servers switched as the other lady went on break or something. This younger lady seemed visibly upset for having a job and having to work. When I ordered I was given much smaller portions compared to everyone ahead of me. I even mentioned it to the lady that the prior associate was filling everyone’s plate. I even paid extra money for the honey walnut shrimp. This associate very rudely said to me, “it’s company policy to only give 7 pieces of shrimp per order.” She didn’t acknowledge that her team member was actually going out of her way to satisfy her customers.
It’s very unfair when we are paying the same amount or higher for “premium” items to get half the quantity.
Plz train your staff better Panda as you can alienate long-time customers with this kind of treatment.

Online ordering guarantees less wait, but more hassle. If they're busy, they help the line, but ignore you, even though instructions say go to register. Smaller/unacceptable portions given. I've never been able to see the little dividers when I first open the plate, but this time was so bad.
Not to mention condescending cashier who asked for the phone number after I had given her the correct name on the receipt.. (never been asked before), tells me "wrong number," so i tried another, "no," so I opened the email receipt, and she pointed at the phone number, saying "It's right there," with her teenager attitude. It was the same number I gave her the first time. That was irritating.

I do not recommend going to this location. I waited at the counter for them to take my order for some time before they finally came to me. The staff was very cold and swapped my order. I got a family meal and a large plate. The plate was for a family member that I dropped off at his place, they hate shrimp and love orange chicken. They gave him teriyaki
chicken and shrimp. We got the orange chicken and broccoli. The staff swapped the orders. The family member got the family meal and we got the plate meal. It was a bad experience. I do not recommend this location. The cook is fine, it was the servers. I was there about 5:15 p.m. today.
Please don’t eat here I got food delivered and I literally found what I’m hoping is a beard hair in my food. I’m beyond disgusted and will never eat here again in my life. Literally how does this even happen…

A girl named Lily works at this Panda. She behaves very rudely. She does not complete the order and before placing the order she asks us to confirm it and she makes us feel very embarrassed.

Took a long time to place my order and only one person in front of me. Looked like they were doing call ins but also a lot of items not available. Not too bad on off freeway but pretty busy area traffic wise as a lot of other big box stores near by. Food was good staff was nice but slow.

I ordered through the Panda Express App. When I arrived and I picked up my order I checked the size for a bowl for Beijing beef and rice. I noticed the portion size for Beijing beef was small than a normal portion. I remember back then any Panda Express would load up a good portion of any entree you picked. That was the only thing I was disappointed and I had to pay an extra $6 for more beef. We need to bring back having to load up the bowl. Especially individuals who have a high metabolism.
Overall the girls were welcoming, nice and very attentive at the restaurant. Plus saying “have a great day.” That is always good to hear on a daily basis. I appreciate the team and you all continue to do a great job. Thank you!
