Panera Bread

I have came here a couple times, have always met some friendly people, always have been a favorite place to eat, came here Friday December 20 at around 1-3 I would say, got received with a huge attitude from this one unprofessional lady working at the front desk, she did not greet us when we walked in. She has dark curlyish hair. I was having trouble reading the screen menu needed a bit clarification on the reading, I was expecting a bit of “reading options” not the whole thing at least, like help a girl out but no Instead she LAUGHED did not HELP at ALL, why would she laugh? Again my hubby approached the lady for some food, my hubby said she did not know what she was doing, and looked lost, lacked pace too. Please if you want to keep this place with a good service, and good pace take her out. We caught more than one bad thing about her. This place has always been a good place until her. My hubby and I agree, noticed the lack of Professionalism. Having someone like that work here, will definitely take the good service out quick, and much more. We got received with no greeting, rude, negative attitude, unprofessional, no apology, and did not have a friendly smile at all besides her laughing in my face. She did say what types of items there was on the menu, lacked fast pace with attending us with new food. We had also called later on that day for a stolen card, I believe it was her who answered at around 5PM, we waited so long to get on call. Please she lacks so much Unprofessionalism, we need her replaced as soon as possible. I assure the workplace does not need people like her.

They are way too sluggish!

The bread was so stale and stiff when I bit it it tore the roof of my mouth. Not to mention the restrooms were disgusting. Someone didn't flush, no toilet paper and no seat covers. So cramped. Not to mention customers just stare at practical everyone.
Over all, it's just a very expensive McDonalds

The baguette was hard as a rock. The meat was a brick and extremely chewy. I wouldn’t recommend and will not be back.

Went in there, was waiting in line. No one else was in line. I heard the workers complaining saying “ughhhh another customer?” And another said “you get it” and the other said “hell no you get it” and another said “be nice just go get it” and then one of them came out of the back, no smile, no “hey how are you what can I get you?” She just said “hi what do you need”

their asiago bagel barely comes with any asiago on it, and the top slice is so thin it looks like a cracker

I ordered a you pick 2 with the poppy seed salad and a grilled cheese sandwich with chicken. Grilled cheese was good, but the chicken was too salty and the salad was great!

l used to enjoy Panama Bread, but the quality has really dropped. There's barely any flavor left - what taste?
Everything was bland and unappetizing. The portions have clearly been downsized, and the presentation was sloppy at best. My order was thrown together with no care: cold, uneven, and unbalanced.
Extremely disappointing for a place that used to do better.

Came in 630pm not many people eating in one thing noticeable. The dining room tables where dirty empty messy floor needs a vacuum and trash over flowing on trash can dirty dishes on trash can the room was not busy maybe 15 people in dining area. Notice manager not taking charge in making sure the environment was clean
