their asiago bagel barely comes with any asiago on it, and the top slice is so thin it looks like a cracker

I ordered a you pick 2 with the poppy seed salad and a grilled cheese sandwich with chicken. Grilled cheese was good, but the chicken was too salty and the salad was great!

l used to enjoy Panama Bread, but the quality has really dropped. There's barely any flavor left - what taste?
Everything was bland and unappetizing. The portions have clearly been downsized, and the presentation was sloppy at best. My order was thrown together with no care: cold, uneven, and unbalanced.
Extremely disappointing for a place that used to do better.

Came in 630pm not many people eating in one thing noticeable. The dining room tables where dirty empty messy floor needs a vacuum and trash over flowing on trash can dirty dishes on trash can the room was not busy maybe 15 people in dining area. Notice manager not taking charge in making sure the environment was clean

Order was wrong. Food was not good. The lettuce in my salad had big pieces of brown lettuce. Moldy looking. In the past my salads were always fresh with good lettuce! I didn’t like that you couldn’t order a salad without chicken and they charge full price! This used to be one of my favorite places but not anymore!

Breakfast sandwich thrown together. Egg dripping all over plate. Disappointed experience. Used to be better. Coffee still good!

Update: Jan 2025:

Extremely expensive for 2 small bowls of soup and a simple grilled cheese sandwich. I think I learned my lesson with this place.

I really was impressed with the general manager. He was very polite and helpful. I will definitely keep coming to this Panera. Family friendly and positive vibe. Clean and very attentative. 10/10!

This is the sandwich portion of a $20 you pick 2 combo. A single piece of turkey that doesn't even cover the bread in a single layer. And they definitely didn't pick the tomatoes off a sandwich with mayo when they messed up the no mayo instructions.
