I felt really bad having them remake my delivery order but the soup did look weird and I didn’t get my bacon mac and cheese, just regular. I really don't like having to call because well... we all hear the stories and have our own experiences. I was really happy though because no one took it personal. I asked for the soup remade and the side of Bacon, so not to waste, I'd just add it into what I already paid for. The employee was really helpful. They gave a few slice of extra bread and two cookies. I wasn't a difficult customer and was understanding. The delivery was send out immediately and I wasn't waiting around whilw while other food went cold. Thanks staff for being understanding. I'm so glad the soup was sent back out. The first ones definitely looked weird. Many thanks.

Awful customer service from “manager” Sam. I was given a soup in a bag that popped open inside and spilled. It got on all the contents inside and outside the bag onto their counter. I brought it to their attention and was told “oh we didn’t realize it” then proceeded to hand me another cup. No new bag. No new side. No napkins. Most importantly NO APOLOGY!! When I asked for replacements she smirked & chuckled as if I was an inconvenience to her. Customer service is a huge letdown at this location. Plus, the restaurant is somehow always dirty, as many others have mentioned.

Some of the Tables and seats were not wiped properly nor cleaned. Ordered large broccoli cheddar soup but was only given half a bowl. Not enough bread slices but it was okay. Food warmth was adequate but it does cool quickly. Expect a bit better experience from Panera.

Dirty tables limits where you can sit.Now when you order at the kiosk you can't get your drink until you get your order, which means your food gets cold while you get up to make your coffee.
Crowded tasteless food. Quality has gone down a lot. I won't be going back.

It's wild to me that we pay these prices for "fast" food where we order, pay and serve ourselves and seat, get drinks and clean up after ourselves. Yet, I still do it because of the Broccoli Cheese Soup and baguettes Panera is a favorite that I often forget about until the winter months when all I want is a snuggly blanket and hot soup! The menu is totally confusing for me, to be honest. There's not a ton of sandwich or salad variety in my opinion. But, like the name mentions...it's about bread so...I usually get the Pick 2 option where you can get half of either a sandwich, salad, or soup and half of another. You CANNOT go wrong with the Broccoli cheese. 11/10 will return even though I'm paying premium prices to serve myself lol

I came in here wanting a salad ? & ended up getting a Caesar salad with cheese & chicken & a piece of bread ? & HOLY SMOKES. It was delicious. My friend got a baguette vegetarian sandwich with the broccoli ? cheddar ? soup ? ?. The food was amazing & the service was friendly & the calm atmosphere was great. Nice & peaceful & quiet. The place was clean & our meal was fantastic ??.. The place was busy when we got there but it settled down pretty fast & we didn't have to wait in line longer than a few minutes & our food came really fast. I was shocked & surprised. All in all, it was a wonderful experience & we will definitely be coming back for some future meals.
