The pizza was disgusting. There was charred pieces on the bottom crust as if they put the raw dough on a dirty screen and not a clean one. We ordered extra toppings and we did not get extra. The toppings were just put in the very center And to top it off no pepper or garlic butter. Won't be going back.

Just got an order. Calzone bites were raw. Oreo bites burnt and icing was barely a quarter of a cup. The pizza itself tasted good but ordered double toppings. Toppings only covered the center 1/3 of the pizza. And being a large pizza it only had enough topping for a small size.

Mediocre pizza at best and they did not tell me there was a was a 6 dollar delivery fee. Went be giving them anymore business. I wouldn't have minded the delivery fee but atleast tell me.

I did not physically go in the restaurant. My complaint is regarding the drivers. I just avoided a near collision because their driver who was in an outside lane decided to swing all the way to the far outside lane. I will not order Papa John’s with kind of driving as I know people are not safe drivers. Driver safety is not important than dying. Driving with a company sign is a great way to gain and lose business. I can tell you it was a white sedan with tinted windows. I called manager so let’s hope they did something.

The store is brightly lit and kept extremely clean online ordering had a glitch and didn’t process my order (NOT STORES FAULT) I called in expecting the usual answer from other companies (“we don’t deal with online orders so just try it again”) the employee took initiative and offered to retake the order for me over the phone and searched for better deals and promotions that could be applied. Said he would expidited my order and it will be ready ASAP. That’s what I call customer service.Kid-friendliness: As I was walking to my car a Delivery driver pulled up and told us to have a great day and to enjoy our pizzas.

I've been going to this particular Papa John's for almost a decade. The owners are amazing and I have referred many people here who have all only had great things to say about the service and food. Since the first time we placed an order here, we were treated like family. Thanks Jason and family!Parking: Not enough parking, the store shares the parking lot with many other merchants.

I had ordered a small order (one large pizza and cheese bread) online. I tracked the order and it was on track to arrive in the 15 minute window. When it stoped progressing thru the order(it went thru “received”, “baking”, and then “preparing”)and it was 20 minutes past the latest arrival time, I decided to call the store to ask for an update. When I called I spoke to the manager, Brad, who explained that a large order had come in and that my order was going to be at least another HOUR and that they hadn’t even started the order despite what the online tracker was showing. This meant it would have made it close to an hour and a half past when the order was supposed to arrive and over 2.5 hours past when I had ordered it. Also the order was placed at 4pm(not usually a busy time)!!I expressed to Brad that it didn’t make sense and his response was that the online tracker isn’t always accurate. No apology, just very matter of fact. I expressed that I was displeased and was not willing to wait. He said it would still be an hour and I had to ask for a cancellation and my money back.I work in Customer Service and I was extremely disappointed at the response. I will not be ordering from this specific location in the future.

Avoid. This location is a joke. Placed a digital order for pickup and waited 32 min watching their "tracker" and it never moved off prep. Called, asked about the status and they said 'oh it will be another 15 to 25 min', 'what the hell?' - 'YOU DO NOT CUSS AT ME! You Do Not Cuss At Me!' 'what the hell is cussing now?' - They proceeded to hang up on me (slammed the phone). Apparently this was a line prepper that was responsible for the order and lied to their manager about "being cussed out" who then voided my order without contacting me. Opening a complaint with corporate and will be considering legal action against the company and employees if I don't receive a sufficient response.

My mother and I ordered a NY style pizza with a 2 liter root beer from Papa John's today, at 3:30 and just got our pizza now at 5:22, cold and not the right pizza, with the wrong soda. We spent $42 on just that alone, added a tip for the driver and I called the at 4:30 and they said they would have it out soon and we're very nice but this is ridiculous and has happened so many times(at least 5) now ordering from here.

I ordered on the app, but when I got to the store I had to wait 10 minutes before they handed me my order and I noticed one of the boxes was empty. It took another 20 minutes to get my food. They were out of 2 liters of soda and the staff seemed confused and overwhelmed. By the time I got home, the 2 items that were done when I got to the store were cold and needed another 15 minutes in my oven at home.
