I've given this place many many chances and some how the quality and the workers just get worse and worse. A while ago I switched over from this papa Murphy's, to the one on Chester in Oildale. I knew I should've taken the extra drive too! I know first hand it isn't the workers fault necessarily but it is this franchises fault. I ordered the original cheesy bread it comes with marinara in the center, when they handed me my pizza I asked about the cheesy bread and they said okay and they began making their pan cheesy bread. I told them I ordered the circular one online and they said they no longer make this anymore. I didn't say anything and let them finish and when they handed it to me I asked for the marinara sauce. They let me know that they charge for it... And since I didn't order it I'd have to pay. I pulled up the website and what I ordered and showed them it comes with it. Then they said oh well you got the original and it doesn't come with it. So I pulled that one up on the website too and showed them. I could tell they were very very annoyed, and they handed me a single serving cup of kens. I did return the order to them, and asked for a refund but they told me they couldn't do that and that the owner would eventually refund it. I did let papa murphys online agent know so I could actually receive this refund. Hopefully it comes soon. To me I place no blame on workers but I do see that this franchise is cutting corners and clearly telling their staff to do so as well. I hope papa murphys corporate can regulate this and that the owner realizes that their rating and traffic do have something to do with each other. There is a reason they are rated so poorly.

Good menu. Your order is not bake. You take it as your responsibility at home, not at restaurant. Good idea. Also, Papa Murphy's accepts EBT card. So delicious. Be sure looking at oven and not burn pizza.

Pizza was ok. I think some of their other locals build a better pizza. But their Pizza tasted good.

We placed an order at 5:31pm online and paid in full. We were given a pickup time of 6:05 pm. We showed up at 6:20 only to be told "oh, we will start your order, it will be 15 or 20 minutes" I can get a hot pizza delivered from ANYWHERE ELSE IN AN HOUR. This is not our first issue with this location. We have NEVER had an issue with Rosedale or Oildale. I don't care to hear the sorry we are busy excuse. It is football playoff time, it doesn't take a genius to figure out you need more staff. Sadly, this same thing happens to us on random Monday and Wednesdays. We will just order delivery or drive to another store from now on.. BECAUSE IT WILL STILL BE FASTER THAN THE STORE TWO BLOCKS FROM MY HOUSE.
This is some of the best pizza I have ever had; no matter what I order. Staff have always been great and helpful. I can't recommend this place enough to people. Way better than any of the pizza chains out there.

Skip the fast food and expensive restaurants and take a pizza home for that family time. Find it fairly nice we have not had to wait long for our pizza, the drive home takes longer then to order & bake it at home.

The Chicago style pizza here is just amazing. Having been to Chicago multiple times, this pizza hits the mark for taste. It's not Chicago 'style' as it's not deep dish, etc. but they hit it perfect with the taste.
