I came in around 3pm, they are open from 10am-6pm. By the time I arrived, it looked like the food had been sitting in the warmers for a while. Still warm but not as fresh as what it could be. I would imagine that there would be leftover and possibly reheated and reserved the next day. I ordered the two item item combo, it includes one scoop of white rice. No drinks or extras. Very overpriced for what you get! Paid just a few cents short of $20. Service was bad, one person before me, I observed was served with kindness, probably because he spoke to the lady in Tagalog. I don't speak the language but I know the items I ordered, which was dinaguan and pinakbit. She shrugged me through, no smile, like she didn't want to serve me. Not even printing the receipt as was she did for the person before me and when another customer came in that I observed while I was already seated and eating. Again, the food was very overpriced! Compared to a Panda Express, three items for under $12.. Compared to Mexican food, you get a whole two combo plate, rice, beans, salad, chips and salsa, for $17.. Compared to a Carneceria BBQ, 1 beef rib, piece of tri tip, 1 hot link, 1 pork chop, salad and beans for $20. Compared to fast food, double bacon burger, lg fries, and a lg soda for, $18. Though I never ate at Jolibee, you would probably have gotten more food than here for the almost $20 spent for a scoop of rice, dinaguan and pinakbet. I won't eat here again! To be straight, the two items should be priced for about $12. Not $17.70 then with tax a total of $19.16!

The guy at the counter is extremely rude. Filipinos are usually welcoming and kind, but this man seems rude by nature. He’s probably the owner or one of the owners, which might explain why he’s not even trying to be polite to customers. Maybe he’s just tired of the job.
Food was okay, but they’ve nearly doubled their prices. We usually stop here on our way up north, but this will definitely be our last visit—especially with that rude man still working there

Unwelcoming First Impression
This was my first time ever coming to Philippine Cuisine — not as a customer dining in, but to pick up an Uber Eats order. The customer left a note asking to make sure everything was included, so I politely asked the lady behind the counter if the order was complete. Instead of giving a simple response, she gave me attitude and didn’t even acknowledge my question. That kind of interaction left a bad impression, and honestly, based on that attitude alone, I doubt I’ll ever come back to try the food myself. First impressions matter — especially when you’re representing the restaurant.

The food is authentic but overpriced with small portions. Other Filipino restaurants that I have gone allow your to do half rice and half pancit but not here.

We were traveling from Long Beach to Sacramento. We stopped by for lunch. My kids enjoy it. A bit pricier for a small amount ,sold out of bbq. Other than that, we enjoy our lunch
Absolutely satiates the craving I had for Biko since knowing of it!

Showed up 20 minutes before close and they did not even consider making what I was asking for. They're sign said open and they don't close til 6. Next time why don't they just close if they don't want to work. Terrible service.

We enjoyed our lunch here. We had ginataan and beefsteak and they were good. I wish they had water though instead of buying a bottle of water.

We were traveling to Las Vegas from San Francisco so we stopped halfway point in Bakersfield for the night. So we found this little restaurant near our hotel. We had a take away of dinuguan, sisig, munggo, and sinigang to eat in our room. I have to say that it was the most delicious Filipino take out we have ever had. My 91 year old mother kept saying she wasn’t hungry, but took one bite of the dinuguan and she kept eating. She normally doesn’t have appetite, but she just kept eating and finished her plate. we’re going back tomorrow to get a big container of the dinuguan to take with us to Las Vegas for our dinner at our airbnb. It’s better than cooking at home.

I would have given 5 stars for the food, but my order was wrong. I ordered and paid for pancit and chicken adobo, but they only gave me pancit and rice. The employees were super nice and friendly.
