Not bad but would still recommend because their Pho was good, shrimp spring rolls were okay, and the atmosphere was nice. The staff were super friendly, good customer service, and will come back again when I'm in the area.
first time visit. nice open corner restaurant. Need bright up little bit interior black. My Phở tái chín ok. But the rice noodle seem like instant dry from the bottom.. I need to wait for hot soup soak for 1 minutes.
