I ordered a carry-out pizza online from Pizza Hut’s “official” website; I selected the location at 11000 Stockdale Hwy, Bakersfield, CA. When I went to pick it up, the store did not exist!! (Apparently, the location relocated, but Pizza Hut’s IT department didn’t update their website.)
I checked my email and my pizza order was sent to another location at 5221 B, Stockdale Hwy, Bakersfield, CA. I called to check on my order; Desiree answered the phone, she stated, there was no order for the name I gave them. (My husband’s) I told Desiree, I received an email from Pizza Hut stating my order was at that location.
I paid for my order online; I asked her, who do I contact to get a refund? She said, she didn’t know!
I drove to the Pizza Hut location at 8110 Rosedale Hwy, Bakersfield, CA. I explained my situation to Alyssa, she was very sympathetic to my issue and stepped right in the assist me. (I placed an order with Alyssa.) Alyssa went above and beyond her job description; she contacted the location at 5221 B Stockdale Hwy to investigate if I had an order there.
Apparently, my order was under my name, it wasn’t under my husband’s name which I initially sent up when I placed the order. But Desiree didn’t have the sense to correlate the order I was inquiring about with the email I told her I received for pickup at her location. (That’s generation X for ya, 99% of them are useless!!!)
Alyssa assured me the order would be canceled after an hour if the order wasn’t picked up and a refund to my debit card would be issued. (She canceled my order at that location.) Alyssa was so helpful, sweet, and saved our dinner!!! Thank you, sweetie!!!👏🏻😊“
“I placed an online order for pick up. The food was great, but my son, who picked it up, experienced a situation. So after it was picked up, I received an email to rate my experience. Based on his issue, I rated it and shared my concern. The very next day, the manager of the Panama location contacted me to address the issue. Her name is Destiny. She was extremely kind and informative and helped clear up any and all confusion. I am so impressed that an organization went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. We rarely get that these days. It was so nice that they would take the time to help us understand their policies and their concern for customer satisfaction. These are the establishments that I value! She even offered a free dessert but I refused because that's not what i was looking for but it was nice that she would even offer. These are the places that I respect who value their customers!!
I highly recommend the panama location Pizza hut!!

“Hands down best delicious pizza there. They made our pizza good but you have to avoid certain workers to get the good pizza. There's this girl intimidating looking long dark hair. Never let her make your pizza she burns it. Every time. Other then that. Soooo good. If I had money to burn I'd get pizza everyday. SO GOOD!! I think I'll have to get a pizza tomorrow. They have these fancy touch screens you can use to take your order instead of squinting at the blurry sign.
Self serve soda dispenser.
Vegetarian options: You can make a custom order on the kiosk. Ask for " fresco - style ".
Parking: Wide enough to fit a semi-truck .
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly .“
“I ordered today through pizza hut and paid my order through them, well doordash now delivers for them, I had a bad experience with doordash because when my order said delivered, it was never delivered and when i called doordash , they wanted me to call pizza hut for a refund. Its not on pizza hut and giving them a bad name, this pizza hut location is the best, i never had a bad experience here, and the employees are super nice, well my order was redone and delivered on behalf of the manager shawna i believe her name was, and she was super helpful and you can hear in her voice she really cares about costumers. Thank you again Shawna. & pizza hut!“

“Pizza Hut pizza has always been my favorite. This establishment didn't disappoint. Pizza was hot, fresh, and on point. Toppings were evenly distributed and not skimped. The staff that interacted with us over the phone, and when the pizza was brought out to the car were cheerful and kind.“

“It does have great food, the pizza is cooked. Hot and crispy. Bread sticks are good. The hot wings aren't bad but pretty average. The workers aren't rude but they couldn't help me when a crane machine scammed me from free plays.“
