Pizzas were hot. Service wasn’t great. Employee didn’t know how to count change and we had to go back as our order was wrong. We were charged more than what the advertised price was. When asked why an employee replied your total amount is because of tax.

Prices are high for pizza. Place was empty and had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for small personal pizza. This pizza hut was pretty small in size.

The service is great, a bit disappointed that they don't keep personal pan pizzas ready for the lunch crowd. Everything is made to order which is ok, but if they had a few pizzas ready then someone could just pop in and get it quickly.

I accidentally placed an online order to the wrong store location and I was told that my transaction would be voided and I’ll receive a refund within 72hours. It is now going on a whole month and I still don’t see that refund placed back into my bank account. I’ve been trying to call the store for over an hour now and nobody is answering the phones. This is very frustrating and I’ll probably never order pizza from here again due to poor customer service

Bait and switch. Ordered on the app with a deal and instead of 2 pizzas I got 1 and nobody from the store or corporate would fix it. Rude. Just the worst. The people that work for pizza hut should feel ashamed of themselves. This is the 2nd time this has happened and there is zero accountability or even attempt from corporate to fix their app. Don't waste your time with this location unless you enjoy your pizza tasting like disappointment.

Jesus Christ. The most unorganized Pizza Hut I've ever been to. She try to not refund me for a mistake she did. I calmly spoke to her and she finally did it, knowing she messed up. What a waste of an hour of my life. Experience like this would make me hate Pizza Hut as whole chain smh.

Called to get info on melts. This store will "not" give u ANYTHING unless u give them ur phone # first. Hung up on him! Lost sale and other friends will know about this,! Very bad customer service!
