I placed an order online in which your store called me while the order wasn't being sent from my phone. The called but did not leave a message in which I did not know the number I called back to pay by phone and was told that he order was cancelled, although I was never told my order was cancelled and when I called to place the order by any he ne I was told the address was on a no delivery list. I paid ahead of time and my order was still it delivered nor was I informed that my order was cancelled and your manager on duty only could tell me it was company policy to not leave a message, and was hung up on
