We placed an order to takeout a single pizza a little over an hour before closing, and I guess they didn't want to do it, because they didn't. We showed up to pick up the order and they said they cancelled it because it was too close to close. I don't understand how over an hour before close is too late, or why they didn't tell us they were canceling our order, but... yeah uh, wow.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! It took over 2 hours to get here cold and covered in flies. They purposely disconnect their phones so that way there is no way to get in contact with them. I had to contact corporate just to speak to someone and get a refund. This is a nightmare store DO NOT GO HERE EVER!

This place needs to be taken down. Parts of the doors are MISSING. Half of them don't wear masks. I had to drive down because I have a cali phone number ,but live nearby to the restaurant. and the lady on the phone yelled at me because she thought I was prank calling her!!! When I got to the there she was also the one who was talking my order. Half way through me ordering there was a call and the person didn't talk for about 30 seconds and so she slammed the phone down and went back to my order.

I tried to order online without success. I am visiting my mom so I had to change the address but it still would not order delivery so we put in for pick up. Big mistake! We walked in and the first thing we notice was that the place was a mess. Nothing was organized. It looked filthy. Next, we saw that half the employees were not wearing masks. If we were not starving and it was 9:30 and I didnt think we could get our money back, I would have left. The app said we were ready but when we got there, the bread sticks had to be remade because they were cold. That's when the fun began! The employees started yelling at each other about who's fault it was the cheese sticks were cold. At least they told us they were cold. As were were leabing a blue haired female employee, came out and started yelling at a customer to come back. I think he ordered and was going home. I'm not sure but she was just downright mean. When were received our order the pizza was cold and the cheese stick were just about burnt. Did we go back in? Oh no, next time we go to Elizabeth's Pizza in Grandon Village. I like to go local anyway. I just didn't feel like dribing across town. Next time, I'll drive!

Placed order on their app. Gave delivery time of 9:09 pm. It's 10:00 still nothing. Called and was told order still at store waiting on driver. Terrible. No wonder most pizza huts are closed down.

We love Pizza Hut , the locations near us are now closed, placed an order on line , drove 20 minutes to get there , my order wasn't ready, I overheard them tell another customer that they "forgot" to make her breadsticks so they were giving her a double order. They finally tell me they "forgot to make one of my pizza's, it would be another 10 minutes, a few minutes later I overheard a conversation by the staff that my order was given to someone else, nobody ever came out to tell me that, after waiting 40 minutes in the store I finally got my order, only to find they made one of the pizzas with the wrong crust, nobody ever apologized, offered any discount nothing, terrible customer service

Every customer in the store had a mask but I saw no employees with a mask When they exit to take food to customers waiting outside then return to the next customer hands are not cleaned. The worst place I've been as far as COVID-19 precaution. Aside from the plexiglass there really where none. If I didn't think i would have to deal longer with the unpleasant counter worker who "has way to many health problems" to wear a mask I would have asked for a refund but had already payed online

Horrible service! Both in store and out. No one ever answers the phone. Place an order online and the order doesnt get filled. If i were corporate id fire or shut this location down. Yelp needs to add a negative stars system because 1 star is still to good for this location.
Okay....this is probably going to sound harsh, but this is probably the worst pizza I have ever had. I don't know why quality keeps going down - is it the economy and people are cutting corners? I decided to give this one more try after a previous mediocre experience and i wish I hadn't. The pizza was burned but tasted half cooked. What I think they did was take a previously made pepperoni pizza that someone didn't pick up and throw other toppings on it and then tried to reheat it. Half of it was superhot and the other half was kind of lukewarm. The cheese looked like it had been setting awhile and parts of the pizza and slices of pepperoni were burned. There was no taste and flair that I usually expect. Their pizza wasn't that bad last time, but this time it was horrible. I want to call corporate and complain.... I ended up giving it away to a homeless person. what was left. I DO NOT recommend this place and will not go back.

Well let me start by saying if i didnt have to give a star i damn sure wouldnt. Unprofessionalism at its finest and the. Hispanic girl with blonde streaks in her hair with gappy teeth was very ignorant as they come. No phone etiquette so i had to go to the store but the old nasty looking man with glasses was just as unprofessional assuming he was the manager because of his red shirt. They took damn near 20min to make a personal pan kids size pizza. They get offended i check my child's pizza as im pulling off i see them both with another Hispanic girl laughing and the man starts talking mess as we can see hand gestures being made. I wouldn't ever give them my money again. Exactly why Dominoes Dominates they nasty a** pizza and attitudes.

I ordered delivery pizza on Friday night. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza, and what do I get? I got a pizza with empty crust, and hard dough. I am so disappointed, I was craving the stuffed crust pizza all week, and paid extra for it. It was a waste of money, and honestly I don't think I'll be going back to this location. I expect to get what I pay for, very upsetting.

Delivered quickly, wings were delicious. There was confusion about the sizes but overall satisfied. The food was pretty pricey for the amount of food we got. In conclusion the food is very good but is it worth the price??? For sure on the honey bbq wings those bois were fire. The pizza wasn't worth it.
