I recently ordered pizza hut not to long ago I ask them for salad bread sticks and side wings and when they deliver it I only got the wings the guy over the phone said they had salad when I called back they didn't that made me mad I'm not ordering from here anymore
Let's see we ordered a dinner box, and our order came about an hour after we ordered (got it about 8:45), not bad we were happy only to open the box (after the driver left) to find the order was completely wrong. We ordered the dinner box with a white sauce, chicken, bacon, bell pepper and onion pizza and the other pizza was pepperoni, bacon and olive, our box was the one with the pasta.. well the order we got was a pepperoni and mushroom (ew) and a plain pepperoni. Had 3 pizzas made and they were all burned and hard to chew. The manager lady said they were having problems with the oven and that might have been the problem, and they would be making new ones for us. Went to pick those up & showed the manager pictures of the pizzas & she tried arguing that they looked fine.
