Order the pizza on 4 12 25 at 4 o'clock P. M. The order said it will be deliver around 449, about 5:30. We called, put on hold.
Called again again? Put on, hold called a third time, chose the order a pizza option. They listened to us and then sent us back to the store, which again put us on hold.
We called several times. each time we're told If we didn't get the pizza soon to make a complaint, they charged our credit card. We never got a pizza. You cannot get ahold of the store directly. You only go to a customer care. Dept., that is not in this country I believe, As they do not seem to understand english. Horrible service. It actually did say at 1 point in time on the app that our pizza was gonna be delivered in 6 minutes and then it went to 2 minutes and then the whole thing just disappeared. No clue what the problem is. We have ordered from This Pizza Hut several times and never had this problem. I don't know why there is a problem now.

I ordered a large thin crust pizza at the pizza hut on Chester Ave Bakersfield CA. for delivery. Paid with debit card and when it arrived I gave a tip in cash. If I could give zero stars I would the pizza was not only burnt but ice cold. It's the worst pizza I have ever had .we all took a slice. But the whole pizza was put into the trash and we had to order dinner somewhere else. I will never buy from. Them again. I tried to call and talk to someone about it to give them a chance to make things right, but they only answer the phone if you want to place an order and will not answer if you have any complaints.
Worst place ever horrible customer service.

Terrible service. I ordered delivery. Drinks & wings were missing. What food was received was almost cold. Been trying to get in contact with location for half an hour with no success. Do Better!

Update: after being told the store manager would call back in 5-15 mins to address my concerns, it’s been 2 days. I was finally able to get a chat agent who offered compensation for boneless wings but couldn’t offer a refund for the missing drinks. Normally I’m not much of a complainer but with how hard it is to even contact anyone I need my funds back for ALL missing items. Now awaiting a call that could take 1-3 business days ffs. It should NOT be this difficult!

UPDATE: Here we are almost 3 weeks later. Still unable to get anyone on the phone. Still no call back. Sent an email to the address provided by the owner below before they even responded to my review & still no response from there as well. Needless to say I will not be ordering from here anymore.

Very disappointed with last night order $50.
Family box, & Wings Bundle. And I tried to redeem my free wings and Cinnamon Stix. Which i never got the wings and my points were taken. I order from here twice a month. Last nights order was bad cold pizza and missing wings, plus they were freezing cold and the wings bundle shows 2 orders of fries and got one order smh, not enough fries for 6 people. Also girl was rude. I know they might have been busy cause of fight night but does your quality of food go down cause u cant handle when its busy? I had to call back 3 times and hung up on twice. When the i finally got connected after waiting 10/20 mins. She tells me she is gonna cancel wings and ill get my rewards and never got any of those rewards back or any rewards from last night purchase. Perty rude… no can i make things better or anything? Her customer service no bueno for that i leave this review☝🏽

I got the three melts that they have there they were made pretty crudely but the chicken melt that they had had raw meat in it I was chewing onto something I didn't know what it was I pulled it out and it was raw chicken meat I wouldn't recommend getting any of those

I ordered today through pizza hut and paid my order through them, well doordash now delivers for them, I had a bad experience with doordash because when my order said delivered, it was never delivered and when i called doordash , they wanted me to call pizza hut for a refund. Its not on pizza hut and giving them a bad name, this pizza hut location is the best, i never had a bad experience here, and the employees are super nice, well my order was redone and delivered on behalf of the manager shawna i believe her name was, and she was super helpful and you can hear in her voice she really cares about costumers. Thank you again Shawna. & pizza hut!
