I ordered today through pizza hut and paid my order through them, well doordash now delivers for them, I had a bad experience with doordash because when my order said delivered, it was never delivered and when i called doordash , they wanted me to call pizza hut for a refund. Its not on pizza hut and giving them a bad name, this pizza hut location is the best, i never had a bad experience here, and the employees are super nice, well my order was redone and delivered on behalf of the manager shawna i believe her name was, and she was super helpful and you can hear in her voice she really cares about costumers. Thank you again Shawna. & pizza hut!

I called in on 10/24/23 to inquire about a job application I recently submitted online the manager was very short and very rude he told me that there not even hiring right now I asked why did your own website advertise otherwise saying his store and others in my area are hiring he got smart with me and said that it was something to do with corporate and that they are always posting on there regardless of hiring needs and told me that they are hiring at another location and huge up on me I called that manager back and told him that corporate will be hearing about his attitude and the way he handled himself I called the other store and was told by that manager that they are fully staffed and are not hiring at this time this is NOT how you would attract new talent by all means I'm NOT impressed at all I've been looking for a job for months nowEDIT: I emailed corporate about this issue NEVER received I response back as far as I'm concerned this is highly unprofessional of both the store the manager personally and of the company

I usually love this place but lately it has not been good. Wanted a good pizza for friends leaving for home out of state. Needless to say I was embarrassed when it came to serving it. I'll take my business elsewhere for now. Improvement has to be made first.

This has always been the best pizza to me since I was a little girl. The employees as well as the delivery drivers are great. The pizza always come as I ask it to be. They go above and beyond. My respect with this pizza. I don't get tired of it. Thank you Pizza Hut for being a great pizza. I just wish Big Foot pizza was available like when I was a little girl. I miss that pizza.

You can't get ahold of anyone in store, the call service they have is ridiculous and they don't have a clue on what they are doing. Hiring a call service and not being able to call the store is/was a horrible idea. Almost forgot to mention when they try to transfer you to the store the line is disconnected, if you choose tge make a correction option #3 you will be on hold for a hour. I ordered and I couldn't get through so I went somewhere else, screw this place.

Keep the Big New Yorker forever- its fantastic! As good as I remember and so much better than most chain pozzas. Reasonably priced too!

Looked old and dengy inside odd stell smell and didn't look to be the cleanest place and a suspicious person just staring at me from the back cook staff he must of been management or higher in plain clothes
