Had a complicated online experience while placing a pizza order and store manager definitely went above and beyond to make us customers more than happy and satisfied. Great job Pizza Hut for having such a great wonderful manager to help us have a better restaurant experience.

We never got our order from them! Pizza hut employee was lost in lala land when we asked about our orde and doordash driver NED was taking trips around town. This driver took an hour and 12 minutes to "deliver" the order but never DELIVERED!!! which was crazy because if you're delivering aren't you supposed to take the order to the ADDRESS once you PICK IT UP???? WE ARE EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!!

Horrible management along with all the excuses in the world on why "It is what it is". Nothing against the workers just the lack of good management for years at this branch. Can't own up to anything. Save yourself the headache & hit up another pizzahut.

did the pick up, and wouldn't you know as i get out, a delivery driver also pulled up, right in front of door/sidewalk, i had to walk around his car, real courteous he was with parking spots right there he should have pulled into, then get inside and he is standing at counter trying to get orders for delivery that he is being told are not ready yet continues to stand there, in front of customers complaining how he needs to get going as he squeezes his red heat delivery bag, finally goes and sits down, then i get helped several minutes later! August 1st, around 330pm at niles street store Bakersfield CA...Really bad form and sad that employee cared more about himself than customers waiting in a line he created!

I order a medium thin crust pepperoni pizza with jalapeño and pineapple I got it delivered to my apartment. I was watching tv but had the lights turned off after eating like 3 slices I turned on the lights and looked at the pizza to see it had mold in the jalapeños I’m very disappointed I even made myself throw up because I’m pregnant and I’m scare.

I ordered a pizza on doordash and i was trying to make my pizza half and half so I contacted the store Pizza Hut on Niles and Oswell to see if they could please do that change to my order. The employee told me I had to do that on doordash to make that change. I told him I couldn’t make the change on doordash I already had tried. I tried changing my preferences on the app it showed the option was taken off that I couldn’t continue with the option on the app, I tried contacting doordash I could not get a hold of them. Do they want it to be on paper for them to change an order that I placed that I asked nicely to please change it because it was not giving me any options to do it in the DoorDash app. DoorDash is not the one making my pizza so that was the reason I contacted the store to make that change because once again I could not do it on DoorDash app nor are they making my pizza they are just picking it up. The employee continued to tell me my pizza was almost out of the oven how was that even possible when I had just made the order a minute ago and the pizza takes 30 mins to be baked correctly! That is why i called quickly so they can please make that change before throwing it into the oven. I used to work at a pizza parlor so I don’t know who this employee was trying fool. Overall terrible employees or just uneducated employees. It will be the last time ordering pizza at this location because the employees seem to be lazy and don’t know how to talk to their customers. I am not trying to say I am right but if you have worked at any food place you know that customers are always right. I feel like my request was not too much to ask for especially if you are telling the employee that you could not do it. I contacted the store because they are the ones making the pizza now it’s nonsense to contact DoorDash because what the DoorDasher is going to hop in the kitchen and make my pizza. This employee was uneducated.

This specific location does not place extra cheese when ordered. Thought it was just an accident or I'm mis-remembering what extra looks like. Gave up and just accepted that I must be mis-remembering then I went to another location and it was exactly as I remembered. Just avoid this location.
