Had a complicated online experience while placing a pizza order and store manager definitely went above and beyond to make us customers more than happy and satisfied. Great job Pizza Hut for having such a great wonderful manager to help us have a better restaurant experience.

We never got our order from them! Pizza hut employee was lost in lala land when we asked about our orde and doordash driver NED was taking trips around town. This driver took an hour and 12 minutes to "deliver" the order but never DELIVERED!!! which was crazy because if you're delivering aren't you supposed to take the order to the ADDRESS once you PICK IT UP???? WE ARE EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!!

Horrible management along with all the excuses in the world on why "It is what it is". Nothing against the workers just the lack of good management for years at this branch. Can't own up to anything. Save yourself the headache & hit up another pizzahut.

The store manger has great costumer service I had a problem with my order when I ordered online and he didn’t hesitate to fix it he was very helpful and shoutout to the cashier as well very respectful young man

did the pick up, and wouldn't you know as i get out, a delivery driver also pulled up, right in front of door/sidewalk, i had to walk around his car, real courteous he was with parking spots right there he should have pulled into, then get inside and he is standing at counter trying to get orders for delivery that he is being told are not ready yet continues to stand there, in front of customers complaining how he needs to get going as he squeezes his red heat delivery bag, finally goes and sits down, then i get helped several minutes later! August 1st, around 330pm at niles street store Bakersfield CA...Really bad form and sad that employee cared more about himself than customers waiting in a line he created!
Parking: very tight area to park in..

I order a medium thin crust pepperoni pizza with jalapeño and pineapple I got it delivered to my apartment. I was watching tv but had the lights turned off after eating like 3 slices I turned on the lights and looked at the pizza to see it had mold in the jalapeños I’m very disappointed I even made myself throw up because I’m pregnant and I’m scare.
