I ordered a pizza on doordash and i was trying to make my pizza half and half so I contacted the store Pizza Hut on Niles and Oswell to see if they could please do that change to my order. The employee told me I had to do that on doordash to make that change. I told him I couldn’t make the change on doordash I already had tried. I tried changing my preferences on the app it showed the option was taken off that I couldn’t continue with the option on the app, I tried contacting doordash I could not get a hold of them. Do they want it to be on paper for them to change an order that I placed that I asked nicely to please change it because it was not giving me any options to do it in the DoorDash app. DoorDash is not the one making my pizza so that was the reason I contacted the store to make that change because once again I could not do it on DoorDash app nor are they making my pizza they are just picking it up. The employee continued to tell me my pizza was almost out of the oven how was that even possible when I had just made the order a minute ago and the pizza takes 30 mins to be baked correctly! That is why i called quickly so they can please make that change before throwing it into the oven. I used to work at a pizza parlor so I don’t know who this employee was trying fool. Overall terrible employees or just uneducated employees. It will be the last time ordering pizza at this location because the employees seem to be lazy and don’t know how to talk to their customers. I am not trying to say I am right but if you have worked at any food place you know that customers are always right. I feel like my request was not too much to ask for especially if you are telling the employee that you could not do it. I contacted the store because they are the ones making the pizza now it’s nonsense to contact DoorDash because what the DoorDasher is going to hop in the kitchen and make my pizza. This employee was uneducated.

This specific location does not place extra cheese when ordered. Thought it was just an accident or I'm mis-remembering what extra looks like. Gave up and just accepted that I must be mis-remembering then I went to another location and it was exactly as I remembered. Just avoid this location.

I went to place a online order for delivery, changed my mind and a pre-authorization for 42$ was placed on my card and no purchase was even made. Now I have to wait 48hrs to get my money released back and I didn't even order food, nice.

Unhappy because after the company app notified "ready in 13 minutes"I waited over an hour, & several Door Dash kats who all placed orders & showed up after me & my 2- topping/1 pizza order were served before me. "13 mins" was over 1 hour. If app would've notified an hour I'd have no complaints. Good pizza. Better tasting than Domino's.

It was a good pizza...just I made my order online for carry out..n well said they didn't get the notification..so had to wait a bit longer to get my order done ..Pizza was fresh of course..n well there wasn't very much parking. So had to park vehicle down the street..but everything was alright ☺️

I don't usually order from this particular Pizza Hut and I don't think I'll be stopping there again. The pizza was burned and dried out. The wings looked like they threw in whatever they had left over (mostly tiny pieces). And the guy who handed us the pizza never said a single word (poor customer service).

The pizza was good but could I not get a inch and a half of crust next time, I would have gotten bread sticks if that was the case. Atleast Have a little dignity when your making the pizzas, just double check it before you leave and if you don't like it ask for a different one.

Came in and was greeted with a very nice and professional employee at this location. Leonard tried helping me with my mix up on my order. I came back later on and he made the inconvenience turn into a great experience. Food was ready and hot to top it off. Employees like him are the face of these franchises and he made our day. We will definitely be back.

Pizza was hot and fresh. Finding a deal usually means picking which one is closest to what you want. Seems like all the deals are for too much food or for things that I don't want. All on all it's a good experience though. Ordering is easy and my food is usually hot.

I gave 3 stars because I understand the issues one might run into when trying to manage a time/cook situation. But really I should have given a 2 star review. I used the Pizza Hut app to place my order, had no issues and everything when smoothly. Was told my order would be ready in 23 minutes. I showed up at the store at 28 minutes. The pizza tasted like it was sitting there for 5 hours, not 5 minutes! The pizza first off was cold. The stuffed crust was soggy and the cheese was like a old piece of string cheese?? The toppings were not even melted in with the skimpy layer of cheese that was there. I did t order extra cheese but I also didn't order light on the cheese either!! So with the soggy crust and the toppings just thrown on, when you picked up a slice, the pizza fell limp and the toppings fell off!! I've had decent stuffed crust pizza from Pizza Hut in the past. This was by far the worst pizza I ha e gotten from Pizza Hut. Looks like the Hut out pizzaed the Hut!!!?
