I ordered through the app for deliver the first order was delivered to the wrong person and adress so i called the store and they were going to remake it and send jt again which i was ok with an hour later i still have yet to receive anythimg i call back the same lady who bearly speaks any english answers and hangs up on me over 3 times i keep callimg over and over finally get her on the phone again and tell her to not hang up on me she acts like she doesnt know what i am talking about then i proceed to tell her my issue and she gives me attitude saying that she cant offer me a refund amd that i need to contact doordash myself now why tf would i need to contact a company that i did not order from i ordered directly from the pizza hut app i did not order from doordash she needs to get fired or something her customer service is terrible she is really rude and doesnt not help for anything she then hamgs up on me again and leaves the phone off the machine so when i try calling back it always goes to it being busy.....this is the bakersfield store 8110 rosedale hwy E. This happend march 12,2025 my original order was supposedly delivered at 9:15 called to see what was happening second order was put in system at 9:30pm was told it would be about 30 min 10:30pm came and nothing

Wow has this company taken a turn for the worse!! Not only are they way over charging and ripping customers off for a pizza $30 for one large 2 topping.... But they also found out another way to screw over their customers, by charging $1.50 for packets of cheese and peppers, which always used to be free. Are you guys serious?!? Not only are y'all getting orders wrong at this specific location, but the quality has diminished tenfold in the last 5 years. I'm positive that was my last 30 dollar pizza of which was made by a tweenager who doesn't know quality from quantity. And y'all completely got rid of your drivers?!?! For Uber eats?! That company won't be around much longer, so what happens then? And what happens if the order from a delivery is messed up and the customer lives 15 mins away? Uber eats ain't gonna come back n redeliver a pizza for free..... Just saying treat others the way you wanna be treated and the world will be your oyster!

Does this location have a history of re-warming old pizza.?when I placed the order online and it said it was ready in 2 minutes. I should have suspected something fishy was going on. my pizza was horrible and tasted old

Pizza Hut has changed. The breadsticks were leathery and tough to chew. The Chicken Alfredo pasta was dry and smaller than expected. Pizza was ok, but I spent $20 on a medium pizza and almost $40 (including tip) on mostly terrible food. Curbside pickup, however, was fine. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't order again.
No one answers phone when there is a problem with an order that was delivered. I don't know if they check the caller ID but they will answer a different phone number

Rude customer service. They called because they were missing an item and when asked what they had to replace it, they talked over and stated, "okay you want this" then hung up. Food doesn't come as ordered. Meat lovers calzone came as just crust and cheese, no meat. This has happened twice now.
