Pizza wasnt delivered by the time given. I called the delivery persons number and wasnt able to talk to anyone, went to voicemail, I called again, someone picked up the phone, said there was a long line, would deliver the pizza in five minutes, 10 minutes after the posted E.T.A.

The quality has gone down, we bought 2 pizzas and the dough was tough and thick that it was hard to chew, they didn’t even cut the pizza properly either, I called to complain but the manager only solution was to bring the pizzas back to have them remade which is ridiculous considering I wasn’t near the store anymore. Honestly this place needs to fix their quality cause it isn’t the same anymore and not worth it.

I stopped ordering from this store like 2 years ago. My son asked specifically for a Pineapple Pizza from Pizza Hut for his birthday dinner. Without hesitation I ordered. After our 45 minute wait we went to dig into our pizza's only to then discover they were wrong. Then I remembered why I stopped ordering from this place. THEY ALWAYS MESS SOMETHING UP. I don't know how many times I've ordered a Dr. Pepper and it never came or the many times I've ordered extras for them not to arrive.My recent issue took me being on hold for 18 minutes for them to fix this issue. I get being busy but either these guys are severely understaffed everyday or they have a bunch of idiots working there.

They only get a 1 this time because they used a doordash driver to deliver my pizza and she dropped the whole box saying I couldn’t “salvage some of it” so disrespectful couldn’t get a hold of Pizza Hut to inform them of the incident so I ended up paying another 45 for pizza so in total 90 dollars for only one pizza I could actually feed to my children and myself

Order was missing our drink and the new yorker pizza was overcooked and nasty.
I work a graveyard shift, and last night Feb 13, 2023 I ordered from here to get delivered to my job for my lunch. I completed my order and paid for it and everything by 10:52pm and I received an email and in the app it also told me that my food should be arriving around 11:22pm. I had received a text message at 11:11pm stating that my order was out for delivery, but I never got a phone call and when I went outside to look for my food, I had also decided to look around the whole building, thinking they possibly dropped off my food at another entrance (which wouldn't make sense because literally every other entrance did not have a light turned on indicating those entrances were open)I decided to call at around 11:38pm but by that time they were already closed so I decided to call customer service hotline after my lunch just so it could turn out that they had also closed for the night.This morning once I got off work, I decided to wait and stay up until they open so I can call and hopefully get a refund for the food I never received so I waited until 9:30am... they didn't open til 11am... so I waited even more and called again just to have to be transferred to the store TWICE to speak to a manager there and BOTH TIMES I waited for 3-4 min just so the call can end due to nobody answering the phone. I will be going in person and asking for a refund.

I ordered a large large “Super Supreme” for pickup. I got home and found that there was hardl any toppings. I called the location and offered to message a picture of the pizza. I was asked if there was olives on it. I said yes but that I would send a picture showing how few toppings was on the pizza. He said bring it back. It’s the last time I go to Pizza Hut at that location. Maybe it’s because I didn’t tip on the application for the pickup order.

Doesn’t really stand out among the various store fronts and fast food restaurants surrounding it…BUT what does stand out and is exceptional each and every time I visit this particular PIZZA HUT Location; the ABOVE, BEYOND as well as AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE that RYAN is ALWAYS dishing out! THANK YOU SO MUCH RYAN for the DELICIOUS PIZZA and PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU PROVIDE EVERY TIME I ORDER AT YOUR PIZZA HUT!!!YOU are definitely the REASON I LOVE THIS PIZZA HUT! THANK YOU AGAIN TO YOU and YOUR TEAM!!!YOU are MUCH APPRECIATED!!!

The pizzas is only average or so at best and the fees are ridiculous even before you tip the driver I will not be ordering any further from Pizza Hut. Less than $30 for the two pizzas and by the time the fees and the tip it was over 45 come on.
