I’ve enjoyed Pizzaville for over 40 years, I asked a simple question if they had changed their sauce because their pizza doesn’t taste the same as it did six months ago,, the person running the Page very rudely told me to stay out of the comments, it’s very disheartening. I’m not for sure who is running the business now, but they’re very unprofessional, and the quality of their food has went downhill. That’s sad, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Bug in pizza box, the craziest thing ever. Never tasted the pizza, I got my money back. I do feel the pizza of boxes are invested with crickets and not so much to restaurant.

First off, employees are great, love the decor, takes me back to a round table style place. But... Yeah crust is burnt. Not Napoletana style, but burnt. It's edible and ok but I would rather a thin crust cooked properly. Seems like a recurring issue based on reviews. I think a different oven type would be better for their product, a conveyor oven or watching the product more closely. Says 6 grated cheeses but it's hard to tell... I saw them putting mono color cubes that looks similar to the frozen Domino's style cheese. Definitely not grated in house. But ingredient quality is great.

The Special doesn't have drumits anymore just chicken and wedges. U have to order drumits by themselves at $14.99. This place is losing the old style family values too.
