It is by far the best Shaved Ice we ever had, lots of choices but the staff is very impersonal and there can be long lines

One shave ice can be shared with two people. It was delicious!! This place was one highlight (of many) on this trip. The wood benches in the mall provided a pleasant place to eat it too.

This is a food cart located on sidewalk in front of the Royal Hawaiian shopping center. About 10 dollars for a dessert that included shaved ice and frozen yogurt and mochi pieces and popping boba. One order is enough for 2 people to share. Tasty

Super refreshing and light - especially in the heat! Definitely recommend this as a must try destination.

Nice atmosphere, good service friendly staff, we enjoyed it but lacked the toppings. For me it was a bit pricey though. Seems like all these people are competing for the same thing. Long wait also!

We had to wait in line for about 30minutes, but the end result was totally worth the effort. We ordered 4 of the varieties on the menu, and all were very good.

I expected more “stuff” / variety of toppings but it was still good. It was more basic like - flavor + ice cream vs frozen yogurt + basic boba if you wanted it. It still made a pretty good snack.

I really am a shaved ice snob and this way exceeded my expectations. It was full of flavor, and everything melts in your mouth.

Inattentive staff - their phone was more important than helping customers. When we finally ordered we were disappointed with the flavor. Save your money.

new place in town....give it a try....the cool-down products (icees, slushes) are very refreshing there

They no longer serve poke. Was one of the best places in town to get poke.

Came here for a refreshment. Ladies behind the counter recommended me a watermelon smoothie & I added boba. Amazing taste. Not to sweet & definitely not to icey.

The last couple of times I dined here it was very inconsistent regarding the ever changing portion sizes and prices. At one point they even changed the menu to one bowl size, versus two sizes. Stopped by for the last time a week ago and they were accepting cash only so I didn't eat, but I did buy a bowl for my sister. According to her, the quality of the food completely declined. Not only did the fish smell, the odd taste gave away it's lack of freshness. The Miso soup tasted like salt water and was more like the EXTREMELY diluted version of what they served previously and did not have tofu chunks. Very unfortunate how much this place has declined overall.
