everytime we go the chicken is so fresh and hot. the white meat is juicy and tender. the store and restrooms are always clean. the manager is very friendly and takes pride in his restaurant. this is our go to Popeyes even though we pass 2 others on the way to this location.

Ordered a family meal 14 PC with only fries, went direct home to my children for them to eat it and they said the fries were cold and nasty 😑 I bought it for them. I bought myself Panera bread. So yea I'd dodge this location on White lane

I just went drive thru 😳 an got home I got 2 drinks an soda don't even have flavor it's nasty !!

Placed an order online, and picked up after 20 to 30 minutes. Went through the drive thru, and was told to pull forward and wait...after another 10 minute wait was handed my order in a sealed bag. Got home, and there were no condiments, and was also missing one of my sides.

every time i order a three piece they give me the smallest pieces of chicken but when i decide to get a two piece i get the biggest chicken they have

I love Popeyes and although this one is the closest to my house I always try to avoid it! The girl was rude and even the manager was rude. I went today Tuesday around 3:30pm and the manager should not be manager! I tried to be nice and apologized for any inconvenience and was just ignored and to top it off the fries were old and cold. I’ll keep driving to the one on gosford. Owner should really talk to employees about customer service

Terrible service !! Had to park me for ten mins with nobody here then brings wrong order. You need some adults working in here not just a 3 kids

It seems like every time I go they get part of my order wrong. Ask for boneless the give me bone in. Love Popeyes food but this location needs better management. I keep going because they are the closest to home unfortunately
