Even with system issues, manager kept composure & eye contact. He was very friendly n went out of his way for my elderly gramda & I am very appreciative of that. He allowed her to choose the actually chicken (she big on the biggest piece) & had soft patience. Food was fresh & he even gave me a soda to go when I didnt order one. Great service!
Ordered online and accidentally messed up my piece picks. Guy at the window was super understanding and had no issue fixing my mistake! Even apologized for not having completely mild pieces though I didn't mind a mixture of spicy!
professional. Kove this spot for affordable food but if you don't eat the fries immediately they will be soggy by the time you get home. The biscuits are so good. The employees are extra nice and we go here regilarly
