What happened to this place? Service, speed, all bad, especially the Manager who didn’t seem to care about us waiting 25 minutes for food,

I had to wait 30 minutes, and they didn't answer, one of the workers was just TALKING ON HER CELL PHONE, she was walking around but didn't move to speed up the kitchen. And it was just us inside the restaurant.

I tried the bone in wings at this location around 5pm by 3am i was on my knee's in front of my toilet throwing up sour chunks of chicken be careful of this establishment there chicken is not fresh I must of got a bad batch never had problems with this place until last night

I placed an online family order and drove 20 minutes to pickup just to get home and find out they gave me someone else’s large online order which was nothing I ordered. Called several times to see if i need to bring food back to get correct order, nobody answered. Since I have worked in the food business before I know they can’t take food back. So I drove back just for the cashier to be rude. Claimed I never called but yet she confirmed the number to be correct from my call history log that I showed to her. She then stated they were taking training classes and didn’t hear a phone ring. She refused to give me my correct order stating I had to drive all the way back home and return wrong order. After at this point I have already wasted 80 minutes of my evening. She then said I can request refund online. I have done so, awaiting response. I also called and they answered (glad to know their phones do work), cashier stated her name to be Stephanie (probably her stage name). But anyway worst customer service and employees need some better training courses and scheduling since apparently all employees were watching training courses in the office at same time and not answering phones. I Call BS.

The food and service are great and very friendly towards customers. I make sure to take my little boy here because he asks for this Popeye's specifically or for certain workers. My baby boy has been coming since he was less than 1 yrs old and is now 3 yrs old. He has a specific order of mashed potatoes and gravy with cheese on it. The food is a little pricey for me but I take him as much as I can.

Kid-friendliness: The workers remember my son ever since the 1st or 2nd time I took him in there a little over 2yrs ago. He started going ever since he was 9 or 10 months and is now 3yrs old and specifically asks to see certain workers and they all know his order. The workers are always happy to see him so I've made it a family tradition to take him to this specific Popeye's for his favorite food and favorite people.

Food was fresh and tasty. Restaurant was pretty clean but the associate that helped me (Crystal) was very welcoming from beginning to end. I mentioned to her I hadn't been to Popeyes in a few years and she gave me a few recommendations, once I ordered she offered me sauces that would go with the food I got. Beyond pleased with today's service!

I love the big box! Its also very convenient to get there from my job. It's just a walk down the street. Although the atmosphere isn't the best, It's good eats.

Drive-thru is slower than molasses they need to pick up the speed all the parking in front of the store filled up because people are waiting on their food

Went there to pick up a family meal and I have enjoyed the food when I got home, but I have 1 problem. I asked for sauce and they were a little rude about giving it to me but I got it one way or another so its all good. Other than that I think the food was great.
