I ordered online and when gets there to pick up the person at the drive through told me was waiting for the part of the order and then I waited about 20 minutes see the other customers was waiting but then they got their order and im still waiting so ok, went and ask the person at the drive through and then now they told me they're waiting for the for another thing to be cooked and in my head I'm thinking so they don't have enough fryer and then I ask for manager and this person told me the manager is on break. So how is this store is running ?

This Popeyes is probably the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. The food was atrocious. The chicken strips were so old and cold when I got them not to mention the meal is 15$ for a 4 piece of strips. This is after being told to park outside so they can make them "fresh". I will never go to any Popeyes because of this heinous experience. I will also try my best to convince anyone in my orbit to avoid all Popeyes in general. What a disappointment they are allowed to operate like this

I have only used the drive thru at this location and it has been awful all times except once. 4 out of the last 5 times have been here I have had to park around and wait for the food to come out(all times I parked took at least 30-45mins), I’ve tried using the app, still gotta wait, it really doesn’t matter how you order or what time you come, it’s going to be a bothersome experience.

I’m sorry this location is not the best for dining or drive thru, my order was incorrect and wasn’t corrected or even compensated. Manager Elizabeth was unhelpful and rude. Corporate did not resolve the issue. This location needs corporate attention due to poor staffing and management. Will not be a customer any longer.

Other than that this Popeyes is the best in town. ?Parking: Plenty of handicap parking for the disabled.Kid-friendliness: The people are very nice and friendly.
