I will never go back! I almost never visit this place but this day I really wanted this type of chicken.

The place was empty (0 people in the drive thru and 0 people in the restaurant). When we arrived a girl sitting there ignored us and only her kitchen companion came out to tell me if I wanted to place my order do it on the screen.

I placed my order and asked for it to go, they took a long time to place my order and when it was ready bang!! The girl asked was it to go? So she rushed everything and put my entire order in bags.

Before I left I asked her... are all my toppings there?? She said yes, I thought, I don't think my order is wrong when THERE WERE NO CUSTOMERS... What do you think? Yes, when I got home my order was wrong with no toppings, no biscuits and I still don't understand why the nuggets for kids were spicy. I definitely won't go back because the food is not extraordinary and very greasy.

Probably be my last time going here. Went inside for takeout. First, you gotta order through those annoying digital boards yourself. Then, my order finally came up. Had to wait even longer just for my drink -which, the cup was just completely covered in tea. They somewhat wiped it down for me, after my displeasure was noticed. Then I took the food home. My sauce AND my fries are missing UNBELIEVABLE. I'm done.
