Oh my gosh my friends told me that poorhouse sells really good food! And they were not lying!! I had the filet minon and let me tell you, it was the best ive had in a long time. Full of flavor!! So good!!

They are not open Sundays. Flew into town Sunday evening, excited to try a local place. Closed, even though Google says open.

This is my favorite place in town. It, about three times a month. Usually come for lunch twice a month and come in the evening time to drink it up once a month. The girls here are flirty and friendly which is partially way coming. But the food is amazing and well-rounded. The location would fool you because it has a really good crowd of people. Some cowboy people I know who are friends of Joe referred me here about a year ago. I'll be here again next Saturday.

Always great food here. The to go orders can be inconsistent in sizing, sometimes smaller than the portions given at the restaurant. But it's still great flavors. Waitresses are also hit and miss at times. Sometimes pleasant sometimes, they can come off kind of rude. But it's over all a great place to get a bite and drinks.

Best karaoke vibes- 10 out of 10!

McKenna was our sever she is so sweet and kind and explained things to us so good she knows what she's doing. It was our 1st time here, and honestly, we loved it here!! Such a great ambiance, and honestly , we will definitely be coming back

This seemingly ordinary neighborhood bar has surprisingly high quality and very tasty food. We had the Gourmet Burger and Street Tacos which were delicious!
The Pourhouse is known for great live music which did not disappoint on our visit. Plan to go again and again. Great find!

I can't believe.
We didn't come to this place before we went to stupid applebee's!!!!! We are going to stay an extra day in bakersfield Just so we can bring my aunt here to eat tomorrow.It's only one block from her house!!!
We came in here looking for some tater tots and found gold pure gold!!!!!

That place was nice. The staff were amazing and so nice. We had avacado bacon cheese burger and parmasian garlic fries. They were so good. Love the live music. Deffently will go back again. Thank you for having us.

Excellent food, I mean really amazingly good. Tables way too close together. Very noisy. Still looks like a biker bar. Pitiful service.

Chefs Linos Menu is the best in town. I just wish the bar knew how to make old fashions.
