The staff is super friendly. They greet you with smiles, and found us a table promptly while having a packed house. We were served our drinks fairly quick. I recommend the picon drink, it was delicious. The pastrami fries and pickled tongue are a delight as well. We only stopped in for a drink in-between wedding services, but would love to come back for dinner service.

Came on a Friday expecting a restaurant. We circled around the building because the front door wasn't obvious. Once we got in we were greeted to a rowdy, packed, humid, and loud bar. Immediately turned around and left. Did not seem welcoming at all.

Just about the only place in town you can get a well made cocktail at 8am and order everything on the menu except fried chicken

The atmosphere at this place was awesome. Great music from 3 Red Flags and Sinnamon Roll. The hamburger was soooo delicious. Good customer service.

Fawn is an exceptional waitress. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Flew in from Florida and had to experience some of our favorite places we used to enjoy when we lived in Bakersfield. Food was amazing (as always) So glad we met her.

New York steak special was a great deal and tasted great. Service a little slow but pleasant.

First off the neighborhood is GHETTO. I thought I took a wrong turn and was in Oildale. Then, the entrance is some side door? Ok, whatever, it might be better inside. It wasn't bad but the dining area is CROWDED. Again, ok, maybe it's the vibe they're going for. Got seated quickly but then it was about 10 minutes before a server came around and it wasn't that busy. Again, ok, maybe she was busy. Drinks were good and we ordered some apps. I was looking forward to the Dynamite Shrimp and Pastrami Fries. First off, the shrimp wasn't spicy at all. Good texture, they were fried nice but no spice at all. And the Pastrami Fries? Limp. Small portion. Pastrami was dry. I think I offended the cook when he asked how they were but I was honest. I know pics and videos are for the gram, but wow. Not even close. Overall for the price and hype? Nah.
