Love their chicken, toast, fries, and sauce. I drive an hour to get their food. This place is like a kept secret. I've had food from that Chick place and don't know what the hype is all about. They are meh at best. Cane's on the other hand is Far better. Employees I delt with were friendly. It's a must try place.
Took my girls to eat lunch on Saturday around 2pm and decided to go inside and eat instead of the drive thru. The food was great, but the service could have been better. There were 5 tables being occupied (not busy at all) and at least 5 employees that I could see standing around playing in the back with 1 on break eating out front. I waited almost 10 minutes at the register, ready to order with zero customers in front of me. Had it just been me, I would have walked out, but my girls had been asking me all week for canes, so I endured the lack of customer service to make them happy.
