Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Ordered curbside/mobile, unable to walk at the moment, thank goodness my daughter was with me. Order was ready by 11:46 through the app for pickup. We arrived and checked in at 11:47. Waited 12 minutes no one came out and I had to send my daughter in. The curbside is right in front of the drive thru check out and they saw us pull up...well long story short, had to send my daughter in to get it. No sorry, no nothing. If you come to this one DO NOT ORDER CURBSIDE and expect them to bring your food out even though that's part of the service. There were times when it wasn't even packed and they had time to bring the food out, plus we see people going in and out while we waited.

So I have gotten naked chicks before because I have a gluten allergy. I was always told that they cook the naked chick separate from the breaded and that’s why it takes so long. My daughter went and bought me five naked chicks There was a breaded chicken with it so I contacted the store that she bought it from and they told me that it’s for preference so it’s not so fatty but they cook naked chicks and the regular breaded chicken in the same fryer. they only have four fryers for the chicken and two fryers for the fries. So they use the chicken fryers for all chicken strips and the 2 fryers for fries are only for fries. I was told years ago, when I asked them about the naked chick cause someone told me about them bc of my allergies,so I can actually eat there that I can’t have the fries because they have the fries in the same oil as the breaded chicken. So I’ve never had their fries …So naked chicks are done in an oven or something separate from breaded chicken ,so I am confused and also very upset and why would you use the the same fryers for naked chicks and breaded chicken when people have allergies and it’s been promoted that naked chicks are gluten-free …the Store said well what do you want me to do about it? Do you wanna come back and get more since you had breaded in the naked eat, chicks again it’s preference over dietary … that when people order naked chicks and breaded chicks, they just throw them all together, which they don’t normally I tell them to do them separately when I order both kinds but my daughter only bought naked chicks for me. She ate there with her friends and got their breaded stuff and then ordered mine, and it took forever

Good food at CALIFORNIA PRICES! Some of us are on limited income, but $15 for a small Cole slaw, 4 chicken fingers (tasted GOOD) a drink and toast? Dang. Have to go back to Subway & try their chicken... noisey, too. Just sayin.

To start things off, it was going great. We had ordered takeout and digged in when we got to the car. Everything went well, until I saw a ton of tiny hairs in my food to where I threw it up. Never ordering takeout again.

Workers yelling outside like children constantly woke my baby up. People live in the apartments next to the restaurant and they are extremely disrespectful being loud early in the morning.

This is the worst canes here in kern county, order is always missing something & fries always taste old. This always happens every single time I come

Service was extremely quick despite the large mass of people walking in at once. Staff were very friendly and kind, and the restaurant was very clean and well maintained.

This business interferes with my sleep. They blast music at night, do literal construction in the middle of the night. I’ve been woken up so many times living near this place

The food is generally hot and fresh from this location. The quality of service will be hit or miss; largely dependent on the time of day you visit. The music at this location can get a little bit loud in the evenings but other than that it's fine.

Ordered online to go. It was a 3 minute drive there. By time I walked down my hotel room, got in the car and drove there, it must have been 5-6 mins. The food was ready. Dang! That’s efficient.

It was my wife and son’s first time trying Raising Cane’s and they loved it! As I always do. Keep it up!!!

Love raising canes. Everytime i come here I'm met with good, fast service and hot food....sometimes so hot that i have to give it a minute to eat, but at the end of the day that's what we all want. Hopefully they continue to put out great food.

Glacially slow drive thru service. Be prepared to sit and wait for half an hour before you ever order. Their double car line system is abysmal. People who get in line after you will likely be served before you if they choose the “better” line. If you park during lunch hour be prepared to make a 7 point turn between cars out of their tiny parking lot. An unenjoyable experience from start to finish and the Texas toast is smaller than ever.

The drive thru is so narrow it damaged my wheels literally no way you can drive thru the drive thru with out damaging your wheels.
I wish I could have compensation. But I know that won't happen so I'm just leaving this review hopefully they widen there drive thru.

All they do is variations with fried chicken. Grandkids love it, but it tastes less than average for the price.

Vegetarian options: Fried food that has no taste without dipping sauces.

Parking: I honestly don't get the hype.
