I agree with other recent reviews: SHRINKFLATION! Husband got a 4 piece meal and each piece was very small like a long thin nugget. The regular size they used to be (when I ate here previously) was about 3 of these small nuggets put together would make 1. So my 4 piece meal was really a 1.5 piece meal. Fries were hard & undercooked. Don’t eat here it’s a rip off.

“Shrink flation” the pictures attached to review will show. Gave me the 3 smallest pieces. I put it next to a regular size fry. Was flat, skinny and short. I been a constant customer, now that will change. This was the worse combo I have ever received.

The staff is absolutely amazing here my kids love coming here . Super friendly and very clean they clean the tables with wipe not a old nasty towel. I don't know the name of the cashier is not on the recipe but check number was 10097. He was very nice to my kids and helpful. Thank you

Paid over $60 for food. While waiting for our food kept finding the staff laughing and staring at us while in the back by where the food was being prepared. Kept checking with the staff for our order after 35 minutes had passed to be told they “were working on it”. Finally had run out of patience after seeing numerous customers after us get their food. Went and requested for a refund and found that the worker never put our order in. Keep in mind we were the only white customers. Will not be returning to this location.

Went here at 8:30pm, got a caniac combo with no coleslaw extra toast. Got my order extremely fast. Drove home 15 minutes later, and the chicken was partially soggy, skin wouldn’t stay on, and not too crispy. I ate it anyways cause I was hungry, but 4 hours later at 12:30 am, I got hit with terrible stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting. This is the second time I’ve came here recently and the chicken was how I described it but this time it got me sick. For everyone’s sake, please maintain the quality of the food and if you have a thought “is this okay to serve to the customer?” Its most likely not.

Food tasted good but shrinkflation had hit this place hard- smaller portions and more expensive. Not a fan of the plastic containers.

Has been on a decline, prices went up by like 30% and the food portion got smaller, its still good but better options elsewhere now

Horrible experience ordering food online to pickup curbside.
1. Ordered at 3:35 PM Sunday 6/22/25.
2. Showed up @ 3:56 PM.
3. Clicked Im here.
4. Nobody ever showed up I called @ 4:05 PM and they said they will send someone out.
5. I called to talk to a manager a girl answered and I said I am the manager I told her what happened I showed up and was waiting for 6 min I was wondering why it was taking so long cause I was there Two cars showed up ordered and got there food and I was still waiting to get my order that was placed 30 min ago by this time. She said ok hold on put me through to another person who he said he was the manager and I said I was told I was speaking to the manager he said he is I said ok why did I have to talk to and tell the other girl if she was not the manager. Anyways had to tell him the whole thing again about when I placed my order how long I was there in the parking lot waiting to get my order he said we have cameras let me check as if I was lying he said I placed my order at 3:35 PM they received it at 3:40 PM stated naik g it it was done and completed put in the front window @ 3:57 PM I then asked why did my order not come till 4:07 PM and now my food is cold he proceed to tell me they have a container that keeps food warm he talked to the front and informed them to check the front to see if curbside showed up. Never made me another fresh order or actually care about what I had to say. I just wanted an expiration if there were no cars in the drive thru and minimal people inside how come my food sat waiting for almost 7 min before they decided to bring me my order after they had no guests. 2 people arrived after I was waiting and ordered their food and left why I sat and waited still. He said nothing about remaking my order fresh or comp me a fry or drink or refund anything this is not a fast food I would ever tell anyone to go eat cause the food is good or the service is good or the employees are nice they were all negative and rude. I will take my money and tell everyone I know not to go to that fast food to eat or spend money. Go elsewhere where you're considerate and are welcomed to there establishment
