I got the steak rice enchilada beans and avacado with corn tortillas.
Steak was more fat and tendon than meat. Tough and under seasoned. Green onion garnish was almost impossible to chew through. Salsa for enchiladas mild and lacked flavor.
Chips and salsa was probably the best thing.
Seating and atmosphere are okay still very chaotic.

We were there to meet people and no one showed up. Thought there would be a back room but no. Not sure how the meeting organizer decided this was a good place to meet. Manager and front desk people were very nice. Really pretty decore. Lots of nice looking people. Plan to come back and eat someday. The food looked and smelled great!

Friendly host, beautiful Mexican chairs and decoration, just prices and portions. We ordered enchiladas rojas de queso and one veggie burrito (seco). I was very pleased by the host who answered my questions to make sure both of my plates were vegetarian. I would highly recommend this restaurant, because from the outside it does not look very nice but the experience inside is fantastic. The food was authentic enough and was very satisfying. Excellent option for eating at the restaurant.
Vegetarian options: Si recuerdo bien, tienen fajitas y frijoles hechos con aceite vegetal. Y si recuerdo bien no tienen arroz blanco y el arroz mexicano esta hecho con consome de pollo. Therefore, if you're vegetarian I don't think you can order the rice.
This is hands down the best Mexican food in Bakersfield. Me and my wife come here every Wednesday. Consistently the best in terms of portion sizes, taste, and service. I cannot recommend this specific location enough.
