Extra great service for the holiday, I finally found something at Red Lobster that I love, the new boils, no joke, not cheap by any means, but free biscuits, $10 tall beers, I got the big dog one with lobster tail, snow crab, shrimp, potatoes and korn (it's Bakersfield), Cajun butter, good stuff

Best Christmas dinner I've had! Food was perfect, service was great! Could not have been more pleased!

They can cook shrimp and lobster at an okay rate. But cooking a steak, they need more work on it. I ordered medium rare. Steak came out fully cooked. Its okay though, this place hasnt been the same for years. So I can't really blame the cooks. I would blame the actual employers who hired well below mediocre cooks. Next time I can just stick to seafood. Or maybe not

Valerie and the staff were great! Valeria had the best customer service I’ve had here. I would greet clients when they arrive. Other than that it was a great bday lunch for my son thanks guys!! 🤠👍🏻

I love Red Lobster. I had the Ultimate Feast and it was delicious. Sherrie B was amazing and friendly. I’d definitely sit her section again. The manager was nice when he came over as well.

Took my mom there for lunch .. Came in around 12, wasnt too busy but definitely starting to pick up once we were almost on our way out .. Our waitress Alexia was Amazing today .. she was sweet and accommodating. She knew the menu and was able to give recommendations. Definitely coming back when I pass through

Shari was an amazing server. One of the busiest days for her but she still manage to help us out and made sure we get our food on time. Her personality made the night a lot better. We requested a customized flight drinks and she did not hesitate to ask if it’s possible. Overall, shari is amazing and very friendly. She made the night one of the best nights ever.

Our server CHYNA is the best! First time at this location, Super friendly from the get go, made sure we had everything we wanted and needed before even asking and acknowledged us before we were even sat by the hostess.
She was funny, charming, knowledgeable, and a pure delight! She managed her full section with communication and pleasantries, would come back just for her!

Melissa was has been our server on our past 2 anniversaries, and I couldn't ask for a better service. She is absolutely amazing and really gives life to the restaurant.
