Danielle was our server and she was very kind and on top of everything. The wait wasn’t long, food was great and our server was super attentive. Thank you Danielle for being so sweet!! <3

Did not cook the food right. Took a long time to get our order taken and to get the food. Did not teast good at all. Don't think we will be going to this one. Sadly they use to be so good. Downhill really bad.

Solid 4 stars. Only one server at dining and one at bar, not servers fault of course. It was lunch time and she had a great attitude. Ordered new spicy jalapeno burger, disappointed it looked nothing like picture but like always it was still delicious. Same goes with Dr. Pepper vanilla cream soda, first looked like picture and second one just had some whipped cream on top. Believe it or not I could taste the difference. Yes we will be back.

Waiter was too inattentive he promised to bring me silverware and napkins several times but he never did, He never bothered to check on me after the second time he promised to bring me silverware and napkins. He also forgot my ranch I got up and found the hostess and asked her for help instead. I had never experienced such awful service at Red Robin and I am truly shocked at the lack there of.... So disappointed

Ordered Togo. Arrived on time. Employees just ignore you and pass by like your not there. Had hardly any fries in one meal. The fish and chips tasted like burnt oil. I usually love the food. Super disappointed especially in the lack of customer service.

The food is always delicious but the service is usually the worst. Our server did not care to serve us much and the employees were constantly talking about their personal lives to each other very loudly instead of helping the customers at the tables.

There was a multitude of problems during this visit. This establishment has absolutely no quality control. They actually thought that it was ok to give crunchy overcooked fries. They act like they care but they really don't. This happened on January 12. Today is February 25. I have called 1-877-733-6543 three times. Each time I was promised a call back but it never happened. I also emailed them twice. I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Red Robin ignored it and didn't respond. Their actions prove that they do not care about their food or the customer.

We visited this location on 2/8/25 and while ordering our drinks, I was asked by our server if I was UNDOCUMENTED. I was in shock but informed her that I was legal, she proceeded to ask “ARE YOU SURE?” I then respond with “yes!”
(We were seated at the bar, first seat to the right as you walk up the steps) this server then proceeds to make more racial remarks and says the following to her coworker “you like tequila because that’s the Mexican side of you” she proceeded to make more “Mexican” comments and it was then when we decided to leave after paying for our drinks (mind you, she had already brought our drinks out, so we needed to pay before leaving) I don’t appreciate the events that took place at this establishment NOR WILL I BE RETURNING.

I went there for the first time the staff and the host for the best they're carrying an all-around great service I will be coming back

Ordered delivery. Bit into burger… completely raw. Not undercooked, but completely uncooked. Beware of safety!

First of all, Katie in the bar is a snotty little woman. Sour look on her face all the time, never asked if I want a refill and just sulks around. I ordered the mad love burger with steamed broccoli as my side. Burger was delicious but broccoli was microwaved, dry, and tough. My witness Ribyn was awesome!

I went in for a quick beer. I had an appointment at the Apple Store an hour before I got to the bar. I let the bartender I had a hour to burn. She said ok I got you. I waited and waited patiently. 30 mins later a warm beer came. $9.00 for a warm beer and drank 1/4 of the glass. Bartender was way to busy tending to tables rather then tending to the bar. I guess I should have sat at a table 🤣🤣🤣.

I’ll be taking my business to the chilli’s next time.
