This review is for a call in order only and food to go. While we were in between cheer competition and awards the desire for some actual calories finally hit. There was a red zone sports bar across the street so we checked online and clicked the link to door dash, placed an order for wings, jalapeño poppers, and fries. The stupid part was the door dash sent us to a different location 15 mins away. LAME so much for connivence. The bar was packed and the floors were sticky from all the spilled drinks and chaotic crowd. I walked to the side of the bar and the waitress greeted me promptly asking if it was a door dash, she dropped her delivery to her table and promptly grabbed the order for me! Quick and easy! The wings mild were tasty and good sized not some pigeon sized wings. The fries were packed and seasoned perfectly. The jalapeño poppers were frozen style but had good flavor and were cooked perfectly. I don't think I'd ever eat at the establishment because of the environment not my vibe but I would order up food to go again

This place could have been a 5 star, but definitely needs improvement. This was my first visit, my boys and I tagged along with my parents because this is one of their favorite spots. But after tonight, we were all disappointed. We had Brianna as our server, she started off ok. She needs to be more friendly and attentive. As the food started to come out, she stayed and visited with the table behind us for a good 5-10 mins, while we are still waiting for the rest of our food to come out. When we finally got her attention we let her know we're still waiting for the rest of our food, she rudley says "it's not ready yet. She finished delivering our food, and what do you know, our food is cold. We ate it because we were hungry, I would have loved some fries with my wings, which I thought came with my food, so I asked, she then replies rude yet again, "it doesn't come with fries," but didnt offer to place an order for some, which I didn't mind paying for. After that we never saw her again, we had to wave her down for another beer, my son asked for a water she brought a soda. At the end of everything she was very attentive when it came to collecting the payment for our bill. She came 4 different times to see if we were ready to pay, that was the most we ever saw her. We then handed her the money, not a "thank you" no "good night." We felt unwelcome and like an inconvenience to her. Service is key in any business, and this place failed to deliver.

NEGATIVE 100 stars if I had too, worst service ever! Our server had their hair below their shoulders, did not know one thing about the menu nor specials of the day, when we showed them and it was on the board. Has worked there for quite awhile, Also asking for multiple waters 5 different times never got one. Just because it's busy doesn't give you the excuse to mess off or ignore your customers!

This is my second time coming to this Red Zone off of Panama and it doesn't disappoint! Bartenders are on point and there are usually 2 or more on shift. Two waitress as well are on duty. They have table of six and four and a huge wrap around bar pros sky sits like 25 people in total. So if you want a big party, it can be done here. First time we orders spicy cauliflower bites and the zucchini sticks and they were absolutely tasty! Wow! We are a fan or the cauliflower bites. Second time we orders the spicy cauliflower bites again and same delicious explosion in your mouth! Must try if you ever in the area. Place has 15 TVs and one projection screen! My favorite bar here so far!

Only because KATE is a total bee! Super rude and acting like a child. Her way or she will throw a tantrum like my 6 year old.But other than that it’s great food and drinks! Sorry y’all wish I could give a 5 but one bad apple can ruin the whole pack.
