Renegade Room in Bakersfield is a hidden gem, with BC students impressing diners with their fine dining on Tuesdays, buffet on Thursdays, and lunches on Wednesdays. The changing menu offers a variety of flavors, perfect for sharing with friends. Operated by BC students in the Foods and Nutrition Program, the restaurant provides a great atmosphere and excellent service. The Mediterranean buffet was a standout, leaving diners in a delicious food coma. Supporting the students' training and enjoying different themed menus is a unique experience. Despite occasional hiccups, diners are encouraged to support the students and their cause by dining at Renegade Room. And don't forget, they also offer takeout options!
