Rice bowl is hands down the BEST chinese restuarant in Bakersfield. They are closed on Mondays, however, Tuesday through Sunday they are filled to capacity with customers due to the outstanding food. Come hungry, leave full. You will NOT be disappointed.

Parking: If their parking lot is full, there is always street parking as well as additional parking in the fenced parking structure on the east end.

The food is good. They give huge portions for a decent price. There are tons of menu options to choose from. Fast and friendly service. It can be difficult to find parking during peak hours. It is located in downtown Bakersfield by all the bars and nightlife.

I will definitely be coming back here. The food was amazing and so was the customer service. Honestly, you get your money's worth as water and tea are included with the lunch special. Their beef and broccoli was delicious and their Cantonese style chow mein hit the spot. The waitress was very attentive and everything on the table was kept in stock. Definitely a more casual lunch experience.
