cafe food and the atmosphere here is very good. good place to relax and unwind. food and feeling reminds me of kansas city.

This is located within the Department of Human Services (the welfare office). The people that work here are dirty looking as is the building. I'm not sure how they have an A rating when there are rats in the building as well as other critters and insects. The cashiers are frequently away from their registers and they charge sales tax on everything, even things that are normally non-taxable. Everything here is way over priced. Go elsewhere and if you work here bring your lunch.
