Service: Quick service. Ordered take out and it was ready within 10 minutes. Food: My friend and I ordered both an acai bowl and the poke bowl. The acai bowl was delicious. The base was super creamy and better than most acai places I've had. Poke was pretty good as well. Overall, I would definitely come back for their acai bowls!

honestly, i’m not one for negative reviews or reviews at all even but i was so appalled by the way i was treated downtown. i got there at 12:59 (february 17th, 2024) there was already a sign on the door saying “we will be back in 30 minutes.” so my friend and i took a stroll to some antique stores. we came back at 1:19 assuming they’d be back at 1:30pm. another customer arrived and waited about 20 minutes then left. a few minutes later a worker came out (around 1:43pm) and said they won’t be opening till 2. i told her we had been there since 1 and she said well the sign has been up since 1:30. which was not the case because even after window shopping at 1:19pm the sign was still up. she proceeded to tell us she won’t be dealing with attitudes and made a comment on my cross necklace. implying that i was in the wrong and that i shouldn’t have been questioning her or something because i am a christian?? my friend and i were upset and could not believe her reaction. i honestly love this place and always want to bring my christian friends here, i love sitting at the front window. take an hour break if you want, i don’t care im not your boss, but to literally lie, try and gaslight me, and imply that i am the problem for what? idk if she was having a bad day or what but that was so out of line and ridiculous. i literally have proof of the text messages that i have arrived at 12:59pm. obviously there are açaí bowl places everywhere but this place was always my favorite. i am so saddened by this interaction. i don’t think i will be coming back.

My workmates presented me with Río's menu and they told me that I can choose whatever I wanted. Most of my workmates went with the açai bowls but this Asian needs her rice! So, The Hawaiian poke bowl it is! We got our orders to go and I had mine sitting for awhile before I decided to refrigerate the toppings (combination of tuna, seaweed, green onion, etc.) but even with that, my poke bowl remained delicious and flavorful, the tuna tasted really fresh that I just kept on eating and eating, enjoying that freshness of the ahi tuna as it comes to life with the rest of the toppings and the soy sauce, all on top of my perfectly cooked white rice! I brought some home for my daughter to taste and we both can't wait to try the rest of their other bowls!

The smoothie bowl was fine, it's hard to mess those up. But sometimes a business should be more than just the food - this place needs some updating on cleanliness. Spend less money on decor and more on the bathroom please!

Aerobics is quick and nice. Ambiance is quiet but chill. Lots of seating space. I do wish they had more options with their menu but the things they offer are very good! I love third dragon fruit bowl.

Great service and the staff is quick with preparing my order. Tasty food! I come on my lunch break sometimes and it's good to know that I can get in and out and enjoy my lunch without feeling like I'm eating in a rush.

I have been to this place so many times and felt a little funny about the cleanness. This past Monday, I made a special trip and was looking forward to get my favorite bowl but was greatly disappointed. Maybe nobody will believe me but I felt that I need to let people know about my experience. While I was waiting for the person to take my order since she was busy getting some orders ready, a big cockroach started to crawl over the fridge and towards the counter that she was using to cut the fruits. Both of us were in shock. I felt grossed out and left immediately and of course will never ever go back. This review is for Chester location.

I come here all the time with my coworkers. Definitely one of the highlights of downtown. Everything I've tried has been consistently amazing except for the poke bowls. For those, I would recommend Poke Land. But the açaí bowls and shakes and the pitaya bowls are 5/5. The service is helpful and friendly and all of them have followed food handling protocol. I always tip. I'm not sure why the front door opens inward. I think that's a fire hazard. The overall aesthetic is cool. It's a little run down but clean and welcoming. With the summer coming I recommend sharing the love with someone. If you're feeling especially nice, maybe even buy one for a person experiencing homelessness. Overall, a great pick-me-up spot.

I had been trying to place a phone order calling multiple times today but the line was busy all three times I called. I finally decided to place my order on Uber eats and it went through and was ready almost immediately which tells me they weren't swamped. Once I arrived to this empty building, I asked Jose to added my points and was told that it wouldn't be possible because I placed through a different app. I asked if he could cancel my order on Uber and I could just reorder in person. Jose was very rude and uncompromising. I left my number there for manager Marianna to call back and am hoping she can make this right. At the very least explain why the line is always busy anytime I try to place a phone order.

I got a large Río bowl and it was delicious, It was nice to be offered a glass or plastic option. The cashier was nice. The place has an interesting layout, and I really liked how it was decorated.

Initially skeptical at entrance, Don’t be! This is a little local gem. I forgot to take a photo of the bowl but they really look like the photos on the wall and they ARE that good. The service was helpful and friendly tooNice seating very clean
