Disappointed — Quality Has Dropped Fast I used to love Rio Açaí Bowls. Just a month ago, their bowls were packed, flavorful, and worth every penny. Sadly, that’s no longer the case. The last couple of visits, I noticed the bowls are barely filled — it feels like they’re cutting corners, and the value just isn’t there anymore. It’s disappointing to see such a quick decline. I won’t be going back.

On Sunday 9/22 I had this massive craving for spending $34 for some bomb diggity Açaí Bowls, 2 of them and a smoothie so I arrived at 10:50 AM after confirming their hours of operation on Google as well as their drive thru window (50 minutes passed their proposed opening time) and guess what!? Someone slept in; chose not to come to work today! DO BETTER GEN Z’s

Its a hit or miss. Have pulled up on two different occasions and either they are out of Poke or something is not prepared and it will be about a 25 to 30 minutes of waiting . Not ideal for a place with a drive-thru .Poke bowl is ok when you actually can get some .
