If I can give a place zero stars I would. Dont come here. I went here twice. First time i waited in the drive through for 15 mins for my food. I ordered one poke bowl. The second time I waited 25 mins. Both time the girl with the hairy a$$ arms and tattoos on the left side had a bad attitude. She doesn't give you your total and if you ask she'll give you attitude, like b that's your job. She's probably one of those girls that ppl hated in high school. Food is okay, drink are a NO. My smoothie was melted af and tasted like sh!t. Açai bowls aren't blended properly with the whey protein just thrown in there, not blended. Nasty bowls as well as the girl with the hairy arms' nasty service, I wouldn't recommend eating here. And if you do I would get a smoothie and throw it at her next time.

Updated Hours: I stopped here at 7:15 AM since the yelp site said it was open at 7 AM. The drive up menu also stated open at 7 AM. However, when I noticed nobody was there, I drove past the window and their hours at the window reflected 8 AM. Hopefully this helps someone from stopping by too early. Bowls are great though

Overpriced Up charge for substitutions Refrozen They really rip you off with less açaí and more granola than anything. Brazilian Muscle bowls up the street on Pacheco is less expensive, fresh and better quality.

Missed having it in the SW while they were relocating. This is a nice spot, great customer service, and good acai bowls.

I am sooooo excited that Río is now in my neighborhood! Tried a powerhouse açaí bowl and it was loaded with fresh blueberries, bananas, raspberries and shaved coconut! It was delicious! Service was great and it's a drive thru. Will definitely be Back to try the poke bowls.

Stopped by Rio for the poke bowls! Ordered a small and medium spicy Hawaiian poke and a an açaí smoothie. The container the poke were packed in was jam packed with ahi tuna fish & rice that I transferred to a bigger bowl once I got home. The ahi tuna tasted fresh and the rice was cooked perfectly (and was sticky just like how I like my rice). The spice was perfect & definitely had a kick! Only critique would be is that I would have loved to have had avocado as an addition even if was at an extra cost. The açaí smoothie was delicious and tasted fresh. It was a hit with my 1 year old old. We went through drive through & the servers were kind and food was prepared quickly. Perfect spot for a quick and healthy lunch. Excited to try the açaí bowls next time!

To be honest, I feel like the small sizes are over priced. The bowls taste “ok”

Super clean. We were helped immediately and the customer service was excellent. We got the The Paleo & The Rio bowl. They are both delicious! They also have a loyalty program.

Very unprofessional organization.

Terrible customer service. Only one person working and there were quite a few people in line. I was 3rd customer back and had already waited 15 minutes in line. Once I was next to place my order, the girl announces to everyone that she has to make a 10 bowl phone order and that we would all have to wait about 10 to 15 minutes more so she can complete the order. She could’ve announced it before I had already wasted 20 minutes of my time.
