Please use better spoons. We came with our family and spent close to $50 and could not even eat our ice cream because of the poor quality of spoons. Had to wait till we got home to use actual spoons that would scoop the ice cream out of the bowl and ice cream was melting at that point. Just a recommendation.

It used to have very good service. Unfortunately when I came in, there were 3 people and the only one that was moving with purpose was a young man of caucasian descent. Maybe the 2 others needed more training as basic as acknowledging people that are waiting in queue. Sept 1 2024 between 8pm and 815pm.

Ice cream flavours are good, nice place. You could see how they make your ice cream on the freezer plate. Tried a few different flavours and it was really good. Matcha ice cream and cookies and cream ice cream and strawberry and banana ice cream. The banana hit the spot, real good.

I am a regular to this rollin creamery until now. I got cookie butter and Oreo ice cream. When I got home, there was a piece of hair in the ice cream. It was disgusting. I called the store and ARI the manager said she will re make the ice cream for us. When I reach the store, two guys were working and they were rude saying they just talked to the owner and they can’t re make the order. Then, why did the manager ARI called us back to store? Not only the ice cream was terrible with a big piece of hair and now the customer service is also terrible. Stay away from unhygienic ice cream place and better go to creamistry any day.

We ordered a banana hazelnut ice cream and they used banana flavored syrup! The ice cream was actually lime green ? For the prices they are charging we should at the least get real banana and Nutella topped w hazelnuts just sayin. Never coming back and would not recommend
