I went in and ordered the pumpkin spice but it turned out they had just run out and had to make a new batch. They were very professional and came out and informed me of the situation and asked if I minded waiting or wanted a different selection. I told them it was no problem and Robert came out and introduced himself as the owner and offered me a pint of take home ice cream for the wait. That kind of stuff goes a long way with me. I really appreciated how friendly and professional the whole staff was. I couldnt give a higher recommendation. Great ice cream.

Our first time here with my pregnant wife and it was delicious! It’s under new management and we met the owners, they are really nice. Love all the technology, we could order from a tablet and pick and choose our toppings which was pretty Cool. Place was really clean and loved that they had board games to play while you enjoyed your desert! Definitely will come back

When the people working at Rolling Cream are in night shift at 9:43 pm, they did not give the order to the doorman. When I had to order, I was outside the store, no one was sitting inside, there were only 2 people to go inside and no one was there. I was the first one to go to the store and they said that someone has taken your order, whereas there was no dasher there, they hid the order which was left for their food and told me that someone has taken your order, 2 people had to go to the store and they were laughing, the time was 9:30 something.
Love this place! Sad they closed the Rosedale location 😔

They don’t care who’s order first or who’s last after 25 minutes we have to remind him what we ordered they are soo slow i don’t like the service i will not come again

Horrible service and would not even mixed ice cream together like a split I had to buy two separate ice creams totaling $30 never go there again

Please use better spoons. We came with our family and spent close to $50 and could not even eat our ice cream because of the poor quality of spoons. Had to wait till we got home to use actual spoons that would scoop the ice cream out of the bowl and ice cream was melting at that point. Just a recommendation.

It used to have very good service. Unfortunately when I came in, there were 3 people and the only one that was moving with purpose was a young man of caucasian descent. Maybe the 2 others needed more training as basic as acknowledging people that are waiting in queue. Sept 1 2024 between 8pm and 815pm.
