Romano's Macaroni Grill

Our server, Vivi did an excellent job. We had a reservation for 8 and our table was ready and waiting for us upon arrival. The food however, was disappointing and not the quality we had experienced on previous visits.

Placed a to go order was 2 1/2 hours late picking it up Brian the store manager was very kind kept my food, warm and greeted us with excellent customer service! By far the best service I’ve ever received. Also, the mac & cheese bites were delicious!

My first time dining at Macaroni Grill....was a very underwhelming experience. I always had the impression it was a nicer place than an Olive Garden and I was very wrong! First, they had no coffee as they were waiting on a shipment per the waitress. In my food service experience, you run to smart and final and buy some so patrons can have coffee. Second, they had no spoons unless you wanted plastic to go spoons. We asked the waitress why they had no spoons and she joked people must be throwing them away. Third, while the bread was late getting to the table but fresh out of the oven (very tasty) the side of alfredo sauce for a table of 3 was served in a small plastic to-go ramekin. Lastly, food was lack luster in taste, the plating looked like a kid did it and was unappealing, mashed potatoes were flat and runny on the plate and food took forever to come out even though the place was not even close to busy. Not sure how long this place will be around but I have no plans to ever return.

Made reservations for fathers day. Had a little mishap with our order but Jenn went above and beyond to rectify the issue. We will definitely come again. Food was excellent, portions fair but service was top notch.

First time having food from this establishment. I don’t ever eat from any restaurant that has less than 4 stars. I don’t think the fettuccine was authentically made. It tasted like boxed fettuccine. My husband orders spaghetti and 2 of his meatballs were a little frozen in the middle. This food is like cafeteria food. My serving of fettuccine was a child serving. I am very disappointed with our food. I do not recommend. I will not be ordering food from this establishment in the future.

I ordered from this place on UberEats. First impression.. not so good. I got a totally different entrée than what I originally ordered; which was the Italian Meatball Bowl including th lasagna bites that was added on. I'm missing that entire part of my order and received something else ?

Server was trying her best. Waited 1.5 hrs for food and this place was not packed. For a Friday night. The obvious half empty parking lot should of been a red flag. food wasn't very good either. Do not recommend

We had a party of 12 on a Saturday afternoon. Our waitress was amazing! Not only did she get everyone's order perfect, but she also did it without writing down anything! Plus she was perfectly attentive, making sure everyone was well taken care of. This will be our go-to restaurant for large dinners from now on for sure.

Food was fine but the server paid very little attention to us. There was not line but it took him 5 minutes to come up to us at the register. Food came at separate times, my daughters food came 10 minutes after my own. There were uncleaned tables, and the server spent the vast majority of the time having a discussion with one person and ignoring most everything else. Ive loved this place for years but this was not a good experience.

First, we love Macaroni Grill - it's kind of a staple in the northwest side of town. Is it the most authentic Italian food you're going to have? No. But, the restaurant has a lot of charm, friendly customer service, a very clean environment, and the food is pretty good.

I have been very pleased with the restaurant over the last few months. I have seen big changes in wait time, service and cleanliness. My favorite is the lasagna and strawberry topped cheesecake. Each visit I try something new. You should try their Bellini a classic Italian cocktail it is very refreshing.

Kid-friendliness: For kids they have a choice of kid items but my grandson loves their chicken strips and fries with vanilla ice cream for dessert. The little ones can stay busy with the kids meal puzzle menu or drawing on the table paper.

We had a reservation which I made 2 weeks in advance. We arrived 10 minutes before our reservation time at 6:30. We were seated about 12 mins later. Our order was taken pretty quickly. After we ordered we were told that the wait time was a little longer because they were busy. I thought ok, but never did I think it would take 1 hour and half for pasta. I wont be going back on a busy night like that again. No thank you.

The Macaroni grill is very well dressed indoors. It is a cozy atmosphere without an over-the-top decor. It's elegant, and simple. I almost felt like I was in a rustic cabin enjoying cheese and wine. The food was very well prepared if not a little rich.On this particular visit, the restaurant was extremely understaffed, and I waited 20 minutes before speaking to a host to be seated. After that, I waited another 15 minutes while the host had to buss tables. She did an amazing job considering she was also the takeout order server.All in all, I do not fault the restaurant this evening for the long wait. The staff was very courteous, and gave constant reminders to all of us waiting that they knew we were there.

It was xmas night. we were 15 mins late. I called from the car to let them know and got hung up on. when I arrived, she wouldn't seat us cuz we were late. 85 yr old mom and hubby waiting in car. finally said we could come in but had to order immediately -- ok, fine with that. sat down and ord'd wine; she says, no, u can't have wine. it's 1 min after 8. the place was still pretty full. Employees were rude as h--- so we left. I get it. it's xmas, but not being able to order wine w dinner; absolutely ridiculous and rude. she missed out on a big xmas tip if all had gone well. If you're going to work on xmas night, at least be nice.

We had our company Christmas dinner here we were supposed to be seated at 6 they didn't seat us until 630. They messed up on our drinks several times some people got double orders and some didn't get their drinks at all. Wasn't given the proper salad. The main dish either arrived late or cold not to mention there was no flavor in the food not sure how you mess up alfredo sauce ?. The silverware was dirty. To top it all off the bathroom was disgusting reminded of high school with toilet paper on the ceiling. All I can is Gordon Ramsey help this place!
