This place is absolutely wonderful. The staff is always friendly, on top of their game. Good team and cooridnation. They are on top of the cleanliness and taking care of their customers. Beer is always fresh, mugs are chilled to the perfect temperature. 10/10 recommend.

I have to say everyone seemed nice when I came in with my cousin to eat. The food was good on my end but my cousin has a gluten intolerance (meaning she can get really sick when exposed to gluten). We came here specifically because they had gluten-free options. When she ordered the gluten free option, it didn't seem to be taken seriously enough and there was enough cross-contamination that it caused her to become ill. If you have an establishment where you advertise gluten-free or allergen free, there should be a way that things are done that support that. Otherwise don't advertise having that option.

Tried multiple times and multiple days to make an online order and their system says "not taking online orders at this time" This is very lazy on their part to not have the system up and running like the other Round Table Pizza out north.
We don't believe it to by a system error but rather lazy management/IT/dept. not dealing with an important issue that inconveniences the customers.

The food and service were excellent. However, the music was clearly for those who own the business and, or manage the pizza restaurant. Remember, the atmosphere; music, television programming, ect, must be grleared toward the consumer.

I used to work at Round Table when they introduced the original Garlic Chicken Pizza in the early 1990s. Probably the best pizza there is, especially on a thin crust with cold tomatoes. This review is based on my recent experience, more specifically a large Garlic Chicken Pizza and 12 Parmesan Chicken Wings. I ordered my pizza with extra parmesan, but apparenly they forgot to add the parmesan, so it was added after the pizza was cooked. To make things more interesting, I ended up with extra parmesan as they store was apparently trying to make up for this forgot item. Basically, I ended with a layer of cold parmesan on top of my pizza, which made the pizza inedible. Chicken wings were mediocre at best, and my free order of potatoe wedges did not arrive, despite the fact that I was told it was included with my food. At $54, this order was a mistake and I do not want to try this ever again. Clearly, as a chain restaurant this place has a lot to learn. Never again.
