Being an ex Rusty's employee and seeing how it is ran now is just sad. you have the supervisor flirting with the pizza maker while orders are on the screen. Pizza maker leaning on the make line. Customers waiting just to order or pick up orders. It's horrible to see how the store has really kinda went down. I'm sorry for this review.

My daughter and I ate a Canadian bacon and pineapple with red onion and bell pepper pizza. Something on that pizza made us both sick. It tasted fine but something was bad.

I use to love Rustys, but haven't ordered in a long time because they never get it right. We like extra sauce, and it's either dry, or swimming in sauce. It doesn't help that the crust is never the same consistency, and is always full of ginormous bubbles. So we got a coupon for what says "$3.00 off! Plus tax". So I decided to try them again. Obviously they can't do math. Instead they took off $2.79 and another 21cents from tax. What a rip.

I promise you I did not say go easy on the cheese. I never thought I would have to check in the box before I leave a Rusty’s but i guess at least at this location I’ll have to. Got there at 10:30 pm and got home, opened the box, checked the time and realized I wouldn’t have made it back to fix it before they closed at 11.

Haven’t been to Rusty’s in forever, I don’t care for their pizza but wanted their wedges. They were nasty ? not crispy like I remember and the batter was stale or the oil was old. I called to see about a refund and the call center told me I’d have to go in store to see about that, so I asked to be transferred to the olive dr store and she said she couldn’t do that. Stupid! I’ll definitely continue going to magoos. They have way better wedges and tasty pizza.

Very thankful that Rusty's was open on Easter Sunday evening after a long day travelling. We had a very warm welcome from Alan who then treated two of our group's unusual pizza requirements in a super helpful, professional and understanding manner (one picky eater and one extremely picky eater). After that great start, our food (pizzas, chicken and potato wedges) was super tasty, the best pizza we've had on our travels around the state. To the owner - Alan is a real credit to your team. His customer service is top notch.
