Rusty's is my favorite pizza place. Sometimes a pizza comes out slower than I like but it's worth the wait because it's so tasty that thing crust pizza. I don't know what they do to it but I'll never get a pizza I like anywhere else in this country. And I've had some good ones.

Called and placed an order, went to pick it up and they said they never got my order, offered no real solution other than to sit and wait 20 more minutes for another pizza and still pay full price. Good pizza, careless service.

I love rustys and have been a dedicated fan all my life.... but Jesus Christ... small a** ranch cups are 1.11 each now??? Do yourself a favor and go get hidden valley ranch restaurant style from the store, its what they use there, and save yourself some money

Pizza was burnt. I have ate Rusty's pizza exclusively since 2004.
Being an ex Rusty's employee and seeing how it is ran now is just sad. you have the supervisor flirting with the pizza maker while orders are on the screen. Pizza maker leaning on the make line. Customers waiting just to order or pick up orders. It's horrible to see how the store has really kinda went down. I'm sorry for this review.

My daughter and I ate a Canadian bacon and pineapple with red onion and bell pepper pizza. Something on that pizza made us both sick. It tasted fine but something was bad.

I use to love Rustys, but haven't ordered in a long time because they never get it right. We like extra sauce, and it's either dry, or swimming in sauce. It doesn't help that the crust is never the same consistency, and is always full of ginormous bubbles. So we got a coupon for what says "$3.00 off! Plus tax". So I decided to try them again. Obviously they can't do math. Instead they took off $2.79 and another 21cents from tax. What a rip.

I promise you I did not say go easy on the cheese. I never thought I would have to check in the box before I leave a Rusty’s but i guess at least at this location I’ll have to. Got there at 10:30 pm and got home, opened the box, checked the time and realized I wouldn’t have made it back to fix it before they closed at 11.
