Very thankful that Rusty's was open on Easter Sunday evening after a long day travelling. We had a very warm welcome from Alan who then treated two of our group's unusual pizza requirements in a super helpful, professional and understanding manner (one picky eater and one extremely picky eater). After that great start, our food (pizzas, chicken and potato wedges) was super tasty, the best pizza we've had on our travels around the state. To the owner - Alan is a real credit to your team. His customer service is top notch.

Super expensive. Wedges are always old. Also found a short hair embedded in the cheese of my pizza. Scared to eat the ranch because the container was inflated and swollen badly.

Service sucks I asked for ranch in the salad bar and 15 minutes later I'm still waiting. Pizza was burnt..Very disappointed..won't be here again. Only Good thing was ALAN...He was so sweet and kind.

I was hired as a driver at this company and within a few months, I was promoted to general manager. I thought I had hit the jackpot, but soon I realized that this company was a nightmare. They engaged in shady and unethical practices that violated the rights and safety of their employees. Here are some examples: - They kept employees they wanted to fire until the holidays, then let them go the next day without any severance or notice. This was cruel and heartless, especially during thanksgiving. - They broke California labor law 351 by giving some supervisors tips and not others, based on favoritism and discrimination. This created a hostile and unfair work environment, where some supervisors were paid more than others for the same work. - They knowingly had osha/code violation floors that were hazardous and slippery. Several employees had slipped and fallen, injuring themselves. The company did not care to fix the problem or provide any compensation or medical care for the injured workers. when I mentioned my frustrations and put a two week notice in they decided not to honor it and ended my employment the day I submitted a two week. I was disgusted and appalled by these practices, and I decided to quit. I do not recommend working for this company, unless you want to be exploited, mistreated, and endangered. This company deserves zero stars and a lawsuit.

Rusty's is one of my top three joints for pizza. The pizza is delicious, service could be better . Staff is a bit slow and it takes a while to get food . That's why I didn't give it a 5 star. I would recommend and will return.
