I've always loved rustys pizza the pizza is so good but this particular location which has always been a nice nostalgic pizza parlor with in the past great service has gone downhill. First upon entering not one employee says hello or welcome in the young girl at the register just looks at you while you place your order seriously horrible customer service. The wait time on a Friday evening at 530 pm is hideous I waited until 630 before I got up and had to ask how much longer it would take for my 1 large pepperoni pizza and was just handed any pizza they had ready in a box I was supposed to dine in but was given any pizza that was ready to go. The man who stands there looking at the screen of I guess upcoming pizzas is very slow lacks customer service and can't even cut the pizza correctly. Where's the management at this location. It's unfortunate because the pizza is so good .. I don't know how anyone can wait that long for pizza. 30 mins maybe but an hour come on. I was dinning in not waiting for delivery... never again.

Employees were nice, But was expecting a pizza full of toppings, and it was pretty skimpy. I even paid 2.60 for extra bell peppers. Definitely not worth the price.
To us, Rusty's Pizza is the ? best pizza anywhere. We moved away from Bakersfield Nov. 2017. Every time we return to Bakersfield, we at least stop by and get 1-2 pizzas to go to bring home. I was disappointed that Rusty's has not put any money back I to the business. The carpet is disgusting, with all the spilled food and beverages, and so worn out looking. The Pizza is still the best.
