Client for over 20 years at this location. It has been in a slow decline. Lately, the tables, restrooms, and the carpet are always dirty. The staff is extremely rude. Today, I witness an employee (white older guy with a beard) come out from the restroom without washing his hands and zipping up his pants, he headed straight to the kitchen! The manager (lady wearing green shirt is extremely rude).

So I always do pick up and every time I go it feel slightly chaotic on the inside but every one is always friendly and the pizza always tastes. We pick up about once a week to every other week and it's very consistent. I've come to enjoy the scene on the inside knowing that the food is just fine ?

Our order to eat in was good and quick but try to order to go. we couldn't find anybody to take our order.cooks in the kitchen said someone over there will do it and then someone over there couldn't. He was the only one person in the one person in the store take an order, and no one knew where he was. and finally found the manager who is the only person to take the .order. 6 workers in the restaurant and only one person can take an order. The worst service ever at this rusty and I come to this location frequently

usually a good experience, maybe a bad night Friday 12/01/23. the oil our chicken and wedges were cooked in was old or burnt. giving the food a horrible taste. the worker even commented I thought it smelled funny. really. I was given a refund and still supported rustys just at a different location niles. which was ?%in my review I stated I did get a refund and went to niles . So yes I did talk to the manager obviously. Why would I want it remade if it would be cooked in same oil.maybe the owner should apologize rather than coming off hostile. we leave reviews for a reason . I read all the comments from owner and not once do they say sry act like it's our fault really. where the customer service

In years past I used to enjoy Rusty's. However, my past experience has made me think twice about spending my hard earned money again. After spending upwards of almost 70 bucks on to 2 pizzas and potatoes wedges(10 to12) and tablespoon sized ranch and ketchup. We're told additional tablespoon sized container of ranch ranch would $1. I'm sure we all agree 1 tablespoon of any condiment will not go far between 4 to 5 people having lunch. A sufficient amount sauces for the order size should be included, not individual size( tablespoon) that needs to be sheared with a family of 4 or more. Especially when the food is OVERPIRICED and your competitors offer the same or better quality of food. The ambiance was okay. However, the GM at Auburn was rude and unfriendly not only customers but the staff! Very unprofessional attitude and behavior. Also, the women's restroom has the smell of leaking sewage pipes that radiates beyond the door and into the game area. That has to be some kind health code violation. In conclusion if you are going to overcharge, have rude management, sewage smelling bathrooms, at the very least make you sure your customers have sufficient ammounts of condiments and the jars of dried peppers and cheese are wiped down and sanitized. It was great eating here with friends food and service were excellent besides how much ranch we got it was very difficult to even get more cause we did pay 130 dollars only to get 3 ranches? Altho management was very understanding and gave us more the menu does need to include more ranch/sauce to party size orders other than that issue it was very nice to eat here the kids enjoyed the food had a great time with the games and at the end of the day we did have a good time.
Pizza,wings,beer,and sports on a big t.v. what more do you need!
