My grandpa was trying to place an order and when he made the call he asked if anyone spoke Spanish because they responded in English. The person on the line, rudely and loudly said “I am American, I speak english!”. She then hang up the call before I could place the order myself. I feel like her response was inappropriate and unnecessary to make. I didn’t even bother to call again to order myself because I did not appreciate such unprofessionalism from the staff.

I have lived on the ES many years but for some reason I've never dined in the Niles location but instead go to the Auburn location which I absolutely love and go often. Today I thought I'd try the Niles location because it's closer to where I live anyway and wanted to give it a shot. I walked in to check out the atmosphere and see if it feels good enough to eat and chill. It took a long time to for the lady to take my order. Her customer service was not good at all. I felt judged right off the bat. Our food was really good but I have always loved Rusty's food. I ordered a drink for myself but my kids dont like soda and wanted water. We were told they didn't provide water cups because they have had problems in the past with people stealing soda. I totally get that however. I like to drink water while I'm eating and soda is just to taste it not to quench my thirst. My friend had her water cup from home and the lady came up to her with an attitude saying they don't allow outside cups. I told her that we are pay customers and should be allowed to drink water while eating our $40+ meal. She kept arguing with me and so we left because my kids were extremely thirsty. Looks like we will never go back to that location. Auburn will continue to be our favorite and allows us complementary water with the best Customer service and atmosphere.

Rusty is good, but it's not all that prefer prefer Pizza Hut.Or usa pizzaville. But russe is okay for fast easy pizza
Ordered a pizza today and paid $30 for it. Was there to pick it up a few minutes before they said it would be ready. Drove the less than 5 minutes home, and not only was the pizza COLD, it definitely could have used a few more minutes in the oven!!! Had to heat it up and finish cooking it in the oven. Not acceptable!!!

Best pizza in town
First time trying his pizza place. The pizza was very good and their wedges are delicious .The lady who helped us was very nice
My family and I haven’t been to Rusty’s on Niles in almost a year . I’m extremely disappointed in the service that we received tonight . We spent wow over $135 and were given pizzas w no toppings when we were being rang up we were even told there were no more water cups and we would have to wait for them to be washed thankfully I had my own water w me and I understand having to charge for sauce but when you give 2 ranches for a super wedge and chicken and that’s it it’s ridiculous and not to mention the ranch tasted so watery and hot bc it was just sitting out. We will not be back to this facility however other Rusty’s that we have visited like Ming always is so friendly and understands that no one wants to eat a dry pizza with no sauce and no topping management needs to get on this ASAP before they loose business!
Could be cleaner but it was ok.
