I paid 100 bucks for 2 pizzas and an order of chicken and wedges. First pizza, olive and pepperoni. 2nd Meat Lovers with mushrooms and olive. They call our number, we get the pizza (we're the only ones there at the time) the pizza is missing some meats. I look at it and ask her why the meat lover only has 2 meats? She check my number in my recipett, and then said ok, I'll take care of it. She literally took the pizza back and sprinkles cooked sausage on it and places it back on our table. I was hungry or else I would've walked out. Then the chicken had no season, and the pizza sauce was different this time. Rusty pizza has lost its drive. Go to any other pizza place in town, even little Ceasar has better deals and tasting pizza. I won't be back.

Pizza was good. Service was slow like a snail. When we got there there was only one other customer ahead of us, they were helped but then the girl behind the counter took off and was gone for a while, then we were helped atmosphere was clean. Thats my read on fro my rating.

As we were ordering our food, the lady asked for a tip.
No service was provided. We just ordered our food.
Typically a tip is earned after service was provided.
We told her no because of that reason.
Immediately a negative attitude was displayed.
During our visit, the food was immediately placed on our table and the lady that asked for a tip did not display any form of good customer service and did not give us condiments for our food that typically comes with condiments.
As we were trying to enjoy our food, we noticed that they turned off the AC.
We went to go ask if they could turn it back on and they just shook their head no.

One of the guys behind the counter was nice.

Unfortunately won’t be returning.

Messed up my order. It's really not that hard to do what someone calls in. But these days we have to pay over 50 bucks for 2 pizzas just to have your order wrong. That's not right. Adding to my reviews my review because all the content say did you contact the owner. You don't need to contact an owner for decent service. I can get terrible pizza and better service for half the price. Don't support this kind of business.

I have ordered delivery for awhile now so Im not really sure which location it comes from. I wasnt too impressed by it and its extremly expensive. Today I decided to order pick up from the drive thru location on ming and wible and I saved so much money the price difference is insane. Not only did I save money I was very impressed, the pizza was excellent and the service was great. I think Im done with delivery

I didn't want pizza, chicken and wedges but my family insisted, therefore I wasn't pleased so when I ordered a salad for$8, two in a half pieces of tomato and two slices of cucumber was not gonna get it, so I had to get more tomato and cucumbers and was charged$6, now the chicken was over cooked and the pizza EEH and it was not worth it next time we are going on the east side Rusty's

Went in during the weekday and it seemed slow. It took a while for me to be served it looked like maybe that day they were under staffed. This location was nice just slow
