This place has really gone downhill. They’re extremely stingy with the amount of toppings and don’t take any care in making the pizza. For the price that you pay, I expect better! We’ve had times where we’ve waited more than three hours for delivery! We keep going back because it’s my favorite pizza but, I now rarely choose it first, because of the issues we’ve had time after time.

Fire Isiah gets my name wrong so they give my order away and then I sit here for a whole hour for a small pizza. Kid doesn't know how to take an order or even listen which is the mean thing you need to do. Kid needs to plug in his headphones on go work in a field

Great pizza and the best chicken and wedges, always fantastic customer service . So glad it's close to home , we can go buy groceries then stop in here for a quick dinner.

New favorite is the garden pizza. All veggies and crisp thin crust! Yummy!
Third time we've tried to dine in and we're told an hour what time, when there is only one table taken the place is empty. This location has always discouraged dining in on a Fri or Sat night. We have Rustys delivered often and enjoy the pizza it's too bad they don't treat dine in customers as if their business matters. They should advertise take out delivery only.

I ordered two pizzas and a small order of wedges and they gave me a HALF EATEN ORDER OF CHEESY BREAD. Like someone else's eaten food. When I called the woman didn't seem surprised and said I could drive back for the wedges or she could credit my order with a small order of wedges for next time. The order of wedges that I paid for and didn't get. Unbelievable!

One of the better pizzas in Bakersfield. I recommend the location on Olive over the one on Rosedale. The service and the quality seems better there.

0.5 stars! We went for lunch there on 9/4/23. We were the only customers in the place. 3 of the workers setting in large room on break. One worker at register and one cook. I think a manager was sitting down doing paperwork. We went for wedges, pizza and cokes. The wedges were barely warm! The pizza was great, but the coke machine was disgusting! I didn’t really want to use it it looked so bad! I did though. Yikes! Anyway I told the lady who I thought was the manager that the wedges were cold. She said oh thank you. I said your wedges were cold. She then said nothing! Very bad service and filthy coke machine area. I don’t understand why it would look like that when there’s so many workers in the store with no customers! I guess why work if they get paid to sit. The wedges were very disappointing! So we’re the workers! Why such bad service? I’ll never go back to that Rusty’s!

This will be my last visit to Rusty's. No matter what I do; order online, call in, or stop in, my order is always incomplete. Furthermore, this restaurant is always way behind with orders. The food is good, but chronic incomplete orders and ridiculous wait times are enough. I'll be purchasing my pizzas from somewhere else.
